Extremely convenient for those travelling and on road trips. I like being able to use the free-parking then have a private room to myself. This place has everything you need!
Staff were very friendly and helped confirm details for an early check out, I wanted to go see the cranes for sunrise!
Nothing in particular.
Had everything we needed in a compact space. We appreciated the tea, coffee and free meals.

The staff were friendly, the room and bathroom were clean as well. Overall, a good value if staying one night.
It’s a shipping container converted into a room, I stayed during winter so the room took a bit of time to warm up. The room is not preheated so don’t expect it. You cannot check-in even a little bit early, so expect only to do so at 3:00pm.
Very convenient for traveling with a car. Spacious, comfortable room. And they included dinner, which was a frozen meal to heat up in the room, a nice bonus.
ベッドがダブルで1人でゆったり眠れた
テレビ横のライトが役にたった
ユニットバスのシャワーの開閉口が便器側だったので使いにくかった
Easy self check in, and it still feels like there is some customer service since they provide free microwave dinners. The lodging are individual houses so you are not sharing walls with any guests. There is also a hut with washers and dryers (need to pay) although we didnt use.
Spacious room with a big refrigerator and actual freezer as well as a very handy microwave. Complimentary bentos (one per day) available which you can warm up in the microwave. Very good espresso available at the office from 7:00 am. Free parking. Quieter than most places because you don’t have any adjoining walls. Ridiculously cheap price.
Doesn’t seem to have any insulation because it got very cold in there. Fortunately, the heater worked fine, but it does get very cold over night if you don’t have the heater on.
Das doch eine Person am Empfang war und das einchecken erleichtert hat. Und die Gutscheine für ein Essen.
Das der Raucherbereich gleich neben unseter Einheit war.

The rooms were great. Clean and slightly more spacious than typical Japanese rooms. I had space to lay out my little suitcase to reorganize. The fridge has a legit real freezer and the microwave in room was good to have.
The front desk staff was kind and I didn't realize daily meals were included. They gave me tickets/coupons to get a meal a day from the freezer chest at the front desk. I did not partake but things looked great and made locally. The free drink bar in the lobby was a nice touch too.
The laundry facilities are great. Didn't need to bring detergent and it was all in one machine which was convenient. There is no change machine so make sure you have yen. There were instructions in English on how to use the machines as well. There are only two but it is convenient to have a laundry facility on site. There was also a drink vending machine in the same building as the washing machines.
Very lose to a drugstore Mori and a Lawson's around the corner. Also the temple across the way looked interesting and huge with a ton of cranes (birds). I wished I had a chance to explore but I was using this area as a jump of point for a race in Minamata.
There was an odd water smell in the bathroom. I assume it has to do with how these units are set up (they're conexes) that maybe the plumbing is not typical and water might be stagnant in certain areas. It wasn't anything crazy just a slight smell that disappeared once the bathroom was used (like taking a shower, washing hands, flushing the toilet, etc).
