駅から近いこと、最新の設備と清潔感、部屋の広さやトイレバスセパレートなど

Pros:

Very modern, clean and great facilities. Spacious room, with comfortable bed. The Breakfast Buffet was also very good. The Location is close to the Shinkansen Station and there are many restaurants and cafés around.

清潔感のあるキレイなホテルで、スタッフさんもとても感じが良く泊まって良かったです。お世話になりました。

アメニティを必要な分だけとること。
スタッフの方が親切で感じが良かった。

たまたま喫煙室しか空いてなかったため、匂いがこもっていたこと。

綺麗
Pros:

・ベッドの寝心地が良くて、深くていい睡眠が出来ました。
・スタッフさんのお声がけが良く初めての所だったのですが不安や迷いもなかったです。
・清掃の方が隅々細やかでとても丁寧でした。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

・机の位置がベッドとに対して垂直であの狭さだと1人が使用中はもう1人が使用できない。だから、ベッドと平行にあればいいなと思った。
・荷物を置く場所がなくて地べたに置かないといけなかった。
