Pros:

La stanza e la struttura stessa sono estremamente curate e accoglienti, con uno stile allo stesso tempo moderno e tradizionale. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione ottima, con piatti sia europei che giapponesi. Stanza attrezzata di tutto, sia per quanto riguarda i prodotti da bagno che per tè, caffè, acqua. Posizione strategica per visitare la città, con fermate dei bus e della metro nelle vicinanze. Raccomandatissimo.

Cons:

La mia esperienza è stata eccellente. Ho alloggiato in una stanza standard e l'ho trovata spaziosa e molto comoda. Unico piccolo limite: per due persone lo spazio per gli abiti sarebbe stato limitato.

Hotel itself was great. Beautiful room.

Cons:

I mistakenly booked two rooms and did not realise until checkin. The hotel was uncompromising in not been able to provide refund even though it was obviously a mistake.

Bel hôtel dans un quartier tranquille à côté du château Nijo
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L’hôtel est bien situé, à côté du château dans un quartier calme. Les infrastructures sont modernes et la chambre très jolie et cosy. La collation en libre service entre 15 et 18h était très appréciée!

Pros:

El hotel nos maravillo! La mezcla perfecta entre lo tradicional y la modernidad. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno esta orientado a un buffet con comida tradicional japonesa y fue un gran punto a favor. Mi hijo de 2 años recibio muchas atenciones del staff, son muy gentiles. La habitación es preciosa y espaciosa. Es muy facil tomar buses y metro desde el hotel. Esta fuera del caos pero muy comunicado.

Cons:

Las toallas podrían tener un tamaño mas grande. Nos hizo falta black out en la habitación.
