Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit coolem Design und einem traditionellen Touch. Das Zimmer war gross, ruhig und sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Frühstück war top und die Lage ist zentral – Bus ca. 5 Minuten, Metro 10–15 Minuten zu Fuss.

Pros:

建物は古都を感じる風情で居室は清潔感があり思った以上に広かったです。幼児連れだったのでソファーベッドとロ―ベッドが助かりました。
スタッフも常に穏やかで何より心配りが素晴らしくまさに【京都】と言う感じでした。

Cons:

喫煙所が外に設置されており、冬の雨は少し寒かったです。個室であったら良かったなぁと思います。

Pleasant stay in a mix of modern and traditional style hotel
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and traditional although they don’t get much natural light.

Bedding and room amenities are high quality and overall the room is beautiful.

Cons:

Location is a bit further from main attractions in Kyoto but there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away. Train station is much further away.
Lack of natural light in rooms.
The breakfast is quite minimal

Nice hotel away from the centre of town

Great modern hotel. Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was way too expensive for what it was
Front desk staff tried hard but missed the mark. We received a call at 11.30pm from the front desk. They misdialled the number but no real apology.
