Pros:

We really liked how close the hotel was to the main tourist attractions and the subway. We also loved all the little details, like the decorations outside the rooms and at the entrance, the lovely scent when you walk into the hotel, and the beautiful large kimono. All these little touches were really charming and made the hotel feel very special.

Cons:

The room was really quite small, and there were several little details that made the stay less comfortable. There wasn’t a proper blackout curtain, so a lot of light came into the room early in the morning. The shower was also extremely small and honestly felt a bit like a caravan shower.

The housekeeping was probably the most surprising part, especially for a four-star hotel. A full cleaning is only done every three days. They do a very quick service on the other days, but for example, if you have tea or coffee, the dirty cups can simply be left in the room. Towels are only replaced if you leave them on the floor, but there isn’t really anywhere convenient to hang them either.

Overall, there are quite a few small details like this that could definitely be improved. Considering that this is a four-star hotel, we expected a higher level of service and attention to detail, which is why we unfortunately couldn’t give it a very high rating.

Pros:

El diseño de la habitación, muy espaciosa. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Gimnasio aunque pequeño, funcional.

Cons:

Al fondo de la entrada del hotel está la zona de fumadores, por lo que siempre que entras y sales es muy molesto el fuerte olor a tabaco, deberían cambiar la zona a otro lugar. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero como era nuestra cuarta vez en la ciudad no nos importó, buscábamos algo tranquilo y la zona lo es.
