それ以外は良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフさん達の対応がとても良かったです。
フロントのドリップコーヒーも美味しかったです。設備の故障以外は良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。

Cons:

トイレのウォシュレットが不可動で使えませんでした。
また、洗面所のシンクの栓が壊れていたので塞がったまま、流れませんでした。
お掃除の際に気付くポイントのため、入室前にそれを教えてもらえたら、まだ良かった。

Excellent morning dining nearby, and an incredibly hospitable staff
Pros:

The staff were fabulous, the friendliest, most personable, and helpful of all 5 hotels we stayed at during this trip. They gave us tips and recommendations for getting around, activities, and things to do. We loved the location -- right in the middle of Tsukiji Market, with plenty of awesome dining options for morning and lunch, convenience stores within a 2-5 minute walk for late night snacks. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the in-room washer/dryer was helpful & awesome to have. The room wasn't spacious, but was not cramped either for four of us, helped by the fact that there were bunk beds, taking up less floor room.

Cons:

Know that things close a bit earlier in this area, so I'd recommend planning where you're going to have dinner instead of relying on the fact that you're in the market area, as there were surprisingly fewer dinner options within a 10 minute walk than anticipated.

I wish there had been instructions for how to use the washer/dryer. We attempted to find them online with the product number, unsuccessfully, then found some general instructions. Those were unclear, so our first load didn't wash, just went through a dry cycle, costing time. A QR code to a page with simple instructions or an instruction card, like they included for other things, would have helped, as washer/dryer combo units aren't as common in other parts of the world as they are in Japan, with a lot of travelers being new to them.

The only other thing, and this is more of a small wish than anything, is this: we had a small dining table in the room. It was in the middle of the room and took up space unnecessarily. A fold-down table from the wall or something smaller may have helped make the room more comfortable, as it was already tight with four travelers.

Pros:

Sejr gute Lage zum alten nun neuen Fischmarkt sowie gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Ginza fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist nicht groß aber wir haben selbst zu viert gut übernachtet. Sehr praktisch: die Waschmaschine mit Trockner und unten die Nespressomaschine. Das Personal super nett und hikfsbereit zu jeder Zeit.

Pros:

Great location near the Fish Market. At first we thought it's too close and there will be noise in the morning - however the isolation was good and we didn't had any problems. They also have on Saturdays a Happy Hour and offer some free drinks - which was great!

Great stay, loved the location. I would stay again.
Pros:

We loved how quaint Section L was. The location was lovely — close to Tsukiji market and easy train access. The streets were quiet around and it felt easy to escape the crazy of Tokyo. The room was small but comfortable. In room laundry was great and beds were comfy.

Cons:

Kids had bunk beds which were great except there was a table and two chairs however the table was right up against the bunk bed ladder so it was a little tricky to safely get up and down from the bed.

מיקום מצויין ממש ליד שוק הדגים. מרחק הליכה של כ 15 דקות למרכז גינזה. החדר המשפחתי גדול ומרווח עם מקלחת מרווחת. מטבחון מאובזר ונוח לשימוש. מיטות רחבות ונוחות. בחדר יש מרחב לישיבה יחד לארוחה או על הרצפה או על שולחן פינת אוכל. לא מחליפים מצעים (היינו 6 לילות), כאשר ביקשנו עוד מגבות קיבלנו בשמחה. בחדר יש מכונת כביסה (נוח מאוד). צוות נעים ומסביר פנים שיודע אנגלית.
