Preis fand ich doch ganz schön happig als Familie, dafür, dass Nutzung der Sportplätze nicht inklusive war, kein Frühstück dabei war usw.

Ein gelungener Urlaub für uns Großeltern und vor allem unseren Enkel!
Pros:

Es war eine sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und sehr bequemen Betten in ruhiger Lage des Hotels.
Besonders hat uns die schöne Natur rund um Neuruppin gefallen und natürlich die vielen Möglichkeiten zur sportlichen Betätigung im Sporthotel und Bad.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schönes Ambiente mit kleinem Teich in der Mitte. Mein Enkel fand das Beobachten der Fische und Schildkröten toll.

Nice place but poor customer service at the swimming pool
Pros:

I'm a regular customer and I like the facilities and location.

Cons:

The staff in the swimming pool always closes early, I was at the hotel twice within a week and the jacuzzi pool was always switched off, the whirlpool was switched off and the water slide was open only once for a short time. It's a very poor customer service! If the closing time is 9 pm, then all the attractions should be switched on until 9 pm! The water was colder than a year ago.
