Overall, a clean and spacious apartment in a good location in Berlin.
Pros:

Good location with a clean apartment

Cons:

the building itself seemed a bit run-down. Once inside, the apartment was nice. Communicating with staff was ok. They are not on-site, so they don't seem to have easy access to solving any questions. They need to refer you, and that communication breaks down. Also mixed answers depending on who you talked to. We asked about coffee we were supposed to receive and it never arrived, although they said the staff would be in touch. The courtyard could be noisy at night.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und „urlaubsfertig“ ausgestattet.

Cons:

Stühle etwas unbequem, Schlafzimmer etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, hier wären einige Ablagemöglichkeiten schön gewesen.

Hello. My family stayed at a very comfortable, super-central hotel. I have about ten photos and videos of poor cleaning, including the nanny. The floor was dirty, and the bed in the bedroom was broken and of poor quality.
