הייתי שמחה אם היו יותר שקיות זבל ואם היו מנקים את הדירה. הדירות מנוקות פעם בשבוע, אז מכיוון שהיינו שם רק 5 ימים לא ניקו לנו בכלל. כשניגשתי לדלפק ושאלתי אם אפשר לשלם אקסטרה על ניקיון של החדר, נאמר לי שהם מנקים פעם בשבוע… בנוסף לא היו שקיות זבל ספייר, והצטבר לנו די הרבה אשפה… חבל שלא נאמר לנו שאם צריך שקיות, לבקש מהדלפק

Beautiful hotel in a great location. 5 STARS!!!!
Pros:

One of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The decor is beautiful and the rooms, reception area etc. is spotlessly clean. We booked a room with a river view, and this did not disappoint. Everything you would need is provided in the room, and great to have the option of cooking in your room for longer stays. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant, and a 30min taxi ride from the airport. Good options for breakfast and tasty. Coffee top notch too.

Cons:

The only slight grumble we had was that although the hotel bar is advertised to be open until midnight, it didn't seem to be the case during our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyable, would definitely recommend and return!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, which was especially welcome when stuck in Berlin for two extra days due to bad weather. Lovely decor and a generally great vibe!

Cons:

Lack of running machine or X trainer in the gym, along with air con.
A wider selection of both herbal & caffeinated teabags in the rooms would be great.
