Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und müssen sagen, dass uns doch das gewisse extra an Service und caring fehlt für das Geld
Pros:

Der Look ist schon ganz schön. Die ganzen Holz Elemente, die auf Beton treffen. Betten sind bequem, Kissen auch.

Cons:

Decken zu klein, Zimmer dreckig, Bad dreckig, Lampe kaputt, Balkon Tür kaputt. Kein heißes Wasser. Betten sind uns doch zu klein.

Great hotel but awful service
Pros:

The location was fab! As was the room.

Cons:

Quite a lot:
1. Don't get me started on the laundry. After 2 trips from the laundry to reception and back I still couldn't wash my clothes. (I handled them finally). Instructions only in German and a receptionist who claimed she did not know how it worked. I get that it is Germany, but this is a hotel for international travellers.
2. On one of the days we had no hot water. There was no apology or offer of compensation.
3. The coffee shop: again, don't get me started. One barista making coffees with every one else just standing around. After waiting more than 10min for a takeaway coffee we cancelled the order. The server asked us if we wanted a refund!

Pros:

Die Lage der Appartements ist perfekt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Spree herrlich. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut, super klimatisiert. Die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank ist nützlich. Für einen Kurztrip absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Im Bad könnten mehr Ablageflächen oder zumindest mehr Haken für die Handtücher sein.
