Good value for money and helpful friendly staff
Pros:

I liked that it had a kitchenette and a balcony. It was clean and the staff were very helpful in reception. It also had a nice little bar/ coffee with tables overlooking the river.

Cons:

The area was quite sad to see with lots of homeless people sleeping on the riverbank.

Lovely stay for a week.
Pros:

Great room for a weeks stay. Our second stay here as convenient location to train station. Also short walk into Kreuzberg for good food and coffee. Staff are helpful and made a phone call for us when we needed a translator.

Cons:

This time washing machines required app. We had great trouble setting app up as on e-sim.

Pros:

Didn't eat at the hotel itself, but the coffee available at the cafe in the lobby was fantastic and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is superb with everything you could want in walking distance, and the view is a fun plus. The airco on the hot days we were there was very welcomed and we were all "wow'ed" at the rooms. Very clean and even smelled incredible (very mild and fresh, not strong or chemically at all). The rooms were also pretty soundproof so you don't get unwelcomed noises from outside or the other rooms. I'm a difficult sleeper, and it was great! I would book another trip to Berlin just to stay in this hotel again.

Pros:

The location was great and the sound isolation from the room is one of the best I have experienced.

Cons:

The bathroom's design makes water spread all over the bathroom when taking a shower. The café downstairs is pricey, and there is no room service.
