Прекрасный отель! Очень чисто, красиво и уютно. Номер стильный и отлично оборудован. Удачное расположение, при этом очень тихо и спокойно. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollem Blick auf die Spree
Pros:

Lage, Balkon zur Spree, Dusche, ruhige Zimmer. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Bett etwas breiter sein können. Dass die Zimmerkarten in der dem gebuchten Zeitraum dreimal abgelaufen waren. am Samstagnacht laute Partymusik jenseits der Spree. Ansonsten ruhig.

Good location, but there are things that could be cleaner!
Pros:

Location was really good. Better than on the images. There are a lot of delighters. Good window view.

Cons:

Some areas were not cleaned in the room. Dust on specific places. Stains from food on table. No cleaning sevices day to day.

Will come again, great location and clean
Pros:

Great location, new hotel and kitchenette is awesome!! Supermarket is just 5 min walk and also the metro. It’s at the east side of Berlin, it was a perfect stay

Viel Show und Schein, bei wenig komfort und praktisch sein
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist außerordentlich gut, wenn man im Bereich East Side Gallery unterwegs sein möchte, bspw. ein Event in der Uber Arena besuchen möchte.

Wenn man ein Zimmer sucht, dass für Instagram hervorragend geeignet ist und weniger auf Funktionalität und komfort setzt, ist es ebenfalls ein passendes Zimmer.

Die Dusche hatte eine gute Größe, war gut regulierbar in Wärme und Wasserdruck.

Cons:

Der penetrante Vanielle Geruch im ganzen Hotel hat mich abgehalten, außerhalb des Zimmers, bspw. In Lobby, Bar oder Restaurant zu verweilen.

Das Zimmer hatte viel zu wenig stellfläche für Gepäck und keinen passendes Schrank. Es gab keinen Tisch für zwei Personen im Zimmer, was für ein Apartment-Hotel unpraktisch ist wenn man zu zweit essen möchte. Das ungemütliche und sparsam große Bett hatte nur auf einer Seite einen Nachttisch für Handy, Brille o.ä.

Ein Messer in der Kochteile war defekt und wurde bei Anmerkung an der Rezeption durch ein anderes defektes ersetzt.

Best location with room for improvement in level of service

L’emplacement est génial.

Cons:

Le personnel surtout le manager de shift était particulièrement désagréable et malpoli.

Pros:

La chambre est décorée avec goût, la literie est très confortable.
L’emplacement est parfait et le balcon avec vue sur l’eau est super appréciable.

Cons:

L’attitude du personnel (pas de sourire et pas d’appétence pour le service client).
Le ménage n’avait pas été fait sérieusement: présence de poussière sur tous les meubles et sol sale.
Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour dans cet établissement, et il évolue malheureusement dans le mauvais sens.
