Muy muy caro para lo que es

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el personal de cafetería que pese a no tener opciones sin gluten pudieron hacerme una tostada con lo que les quedaba de pan sin gluten.

Cons:

No me gustó la poca eficiencia del personal del hotel. Al recoger las maletas las tuvimos que ir a recoger nosotros mismos sin que nadie comprobara que eran las nuestras. Tanto la cama como la habitación eran pequeñas y aunque había cocina no había el material suficiente para hacerse nada (por no haber no había ni un sobrecillo de sal). La cama muy incómoda. El desayuno muy caro y sin opción sin gluten, siendo celiaca un problema y al no haber ni tostadora ni cafetera en la habitación lo ponían difícil (menos mal que el personal de cafetería buscó las mañas para poderme hacer una tostada al menos). Por último lo peor ha sido que me dejé el ebook (esto es absolutamente mi culpa) y tuve que insistir muchísimo para que me respondieran, no contestaron mis mensajes hasta 6 horas después. Cuando me respondieron me dijeron que mandara a alguien a recogerlo que ellos no lo envían, en un hotel con estás características que no de manden un ebook aunque tenga que pagar yo el envío, pero que no pongan ninguna facilidad ya me parece fatal.

このホテルに1泊してドレスデンに移動し、このホテルにまた2泊する予定でいた。その際、スーツケースを預かってもらえた。とても助かった。
