Pros:

Functional hotel ...had everything you need to stay near Haneda Airport. Very close to monorail to access Airport and Tokyo .

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is closed and there are not many eating options around hotel

Very large and clean room, but somewhat below average furniture/facilities.
Pros:

The room was large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable; bed was too soft and pillows were too hard.

Toilet bidet did not work properly; sometimes it would not initiate, and when it did initiate it did not turn off when pushing Stop Button on controller.

The room was very dimly lit.

The food in the restaurant (I had chicken) was not good, and it was very overpriced compared to much better restaurants I went to in Tokyo.

Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport with convenient access to buses and the monorail. They have a free shuttle for early flights as well. The hallways are airport themed and the rooftop is excellent for plane spotting if you enjoy that. For food, I highly recommend Tonkatsu Aoki which is downstairs and 3 minutes walk from the hotel entrance.

Great for a short post/pre airport trip!
Pros:

When I initially booked this place, I didn't realize it was essentially connected to the airport. It's only a few train stops away from the terminals at Haneda, which was a pleasant surprise after a long flight. The rooms were surprisingly big, and the beds and ambiance were very comfortable. I also appreciated that there was a gym on the premises, which none of the other hotels I stayed at in Tokyo had.

Cons:

Nothing. However, this is not the place to stay if you are looking to explore the surrounding area, as it's essentially still in the airport. I went back to T3 to get lunch and dinner as the vegan options were nonexistent at the hotel itself.

Room and facilities were 5 star - also check out the amazing roof terrace at sunset! On a clear day you can see Mt Fuji from your room and from breakfast

Cons:

No point in taking the free airport bus shuttle - much easier and quicker to hop on the subway to ride to your terminal
