Einmal wurde das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt, obwohl kaum Gäste im Hotel waren.

Pros:

Clean, new hotel, very good location between Rulantica and Europa park.

Cons:

Some staffs are nice helpful but few are not nice and very “cold“.
Most hotels staffs are warm, open and nice to talk with.
