Pros:

A place to see as it was destroyed by the Tsunami and earthquake and rebuilding needs people to visit and support the locals
while we were there we survived a Tsunami

２４年５月時点、浪江町で最も大きく新しい宿泊施設。県内人気トップクラスの道の駅なみえが目の前なのは魅力。震災後に町内就業人口が１０分の１の２０００人まで減少した関係で周辺には飲食店が少なく日曜祝日はほとんど営業していないため注意。目の前のローソンも２０時で閉まる。交通機関も限られており、自家用車かレンタカーでの来館が無難。接客は素人風で素朴だが気配りが届いており感じは悪くない。よく言えばおおらかな感じ。館内は入館時に下足ロッカーに靴を預け館内は靴下で過ごすスパ銭スタイル。また２４時間利用可能なジムコーナーもあるため好きな人にはありがたい。室内は電気関連がよく考えられており快適「調色・明るさ調整リモコン付き天井照明」「常時通電のコンセント」「自動流し昨日つき温水洗浄便器」「加湿空気清浄機」など完備。一方で、軽量鉄骨造りのため上階の足音等はよく響き、子供連れや夜更かしでよく動く宿泊客が隣や上階にいるとかなりうるさい。また、大浴場の更衣室や廊下などの清掃が行き届いておらず、ゴミや汚れのある部分が散見された。連泊中何度も大浴場で入浴した後、足の裏がかゆくなった。脱衣所や廊下など、白癬菌含めた殺菌や清掃の対策をしっかりしてほしい。（具体的には脱衣所では塩素系で床掃除、廊下はスチーマー掃除機などでの殺菌対応等）靴下や素足で館内を過ごす施設なので大きな課題ととらえてほしい。
