Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful property. Central, with a 7-11 with great selection around the corner and a subway minutes away. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Room was spacious, had the superior twin. They have a washer/dryer on property however is only one machine. The 24-hour lobby service is excellent! Hotel is close to metro station.

The staff are so kind and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms thoughtfully designed. When I return to Kyoto I will return to this hotel!

Separate toilet, shower, and bath. Security is high, pastries and drinks make breakfast easy. Fast walk to the nearby station and 7-11.

Very clean and modern with a vibe throughout. Great lobby area, original with comfy sofas, seats for board games, record player, fresh bread all day and drinks too. Great selection of board games to sit and play too.

Such a cool vibe and aesthetics. Love love the coffee machine that makes the perfect latte and pastries throughout the day. Love the orange juice and the communal area. Great design of the rooms as well, as well as the best shower/tub combo. Such good value for all that you get.

地下鉄の駅からすぐのところにあるため、移動するのにとても便利です。近くにコンビニがあります。1階にはいつでもいただけるパンや飲み物がありありがたかったです。お部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良いのですが、枕の匂いがとても気になりました。それだけがとても残念に思いました。

Excellent super modern hotel with reasonable size rooms within 5 minutes walking distance of metro.

Good base for Kyoto with regular buses to Gion.

Drinks and pastries free all day !

Great little hotel. Very quiet and calm. Great showers. Lots of pastries and drinks, which solved the problem of breakfast, especially for us, as we woke up at 5 am most days. (We noticed that some guests filled up bags of croissants after checking out, which was really sad to see, as they just emptied out the box of pastries into a plastic bag and left other guests nothing.) there is a 7/11 and a metro line right next to it. And some nice restaurants around too.

I loved this small hotel! It was clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pastries and drinks were certainly appreciated after getting back to the hotel from a long day of exploring. The room was small but had enough room to lay out our 2 carry-on suitcases. The bath area was fabulous. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic venue with a great vibe and well furnished/kitted social space. The free tea, coffee and pastries (and breads) were above our expectations and helped to set us up well for our days out in the city. The range of board games and books was also a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and polite from our arrival and were always willing to help. The room had a good range of amenities and very enjoyable shower. We did find the space in the room a little limited and the pillows were too hard for our personal liking. These are minor niggles and overall had a great time at this hotel.
