Gostamos de Tudo.

A estação de trem de Gotemba é muito proximo ao hotel, isso foi espetacular.

Na frente do hotel tem ônibus para o outlet Gotemba, isso também foi ótimo.

Os quartos são bons, chuveiro bom, tem comércio bem próximo.

Not worth a repeat stay
Pros:

Location is great, only a few steps to Gotemba station. The room is spotless and very clean! The hotel provides plenty of grooming kits and products. The cleaning staff does a great job!

Cons:

The bed is thin and very firm. The front desk staff is uninterested and not so keen in helping guests, we received better assistance from strangers on the street.
