Pros:

Adorei me hospedar aqui. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã delicioso.
Ótima Localização.
Em frente do hotel tem o terminal de ônibus de onde sai ônibus gratuito para outlet de Gotemba.

Cons:

Como viajamos em 3 pessoas, não pudemos ficar no mesmo quarto, pois o hotel só tem quarto para duas pessoas no máximo. Mas tirando isso o hotel é excelente

Pros:

一人で泊まるには十分な広さで、部屋もトイレも、とても綺麗でした。

Cons:

あえて言うなら車の駐車場がホテルから離れてる所に停めなければならなかった。
ホテルに止めれる台数が少なく満車だった。

御殿場車站出口就是旅館了，轉車很方便，位置非常好。房間很乾淨，單人房空間很大很舒適。櫃檯人員笑臉迎人服務很好。

Pros:

It was a stone's throw away from train station and bus station (limousine bus).
Helpful staff

Cons:

Not a complaint - just a suggestion - Since many people are there for Mount Fuji, perhaps have an area where people can dry their hiking boots (especially if it rained). Wasn't sure if I could put my wet, heavy boots in the dryer.
