Für Wanderer, die den Fujiyama besteigen wollen, ist Gotemba ideal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Zwei Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und genau vor dem Fujiyama.
Die Busse zum Gotemba Outlet und zur Gotemba Kogen Brewery (Deutsche Brauerei) sind kostenlos. Für Wanderer, die den Fujiyama besteigen wollen, ist Gotemba ideal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist nicht mein Fall, aber es gibt drumherum so viele Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken. Schade, dass Gotemba keine Aeon Mall hat.

The most unfriendly and unwilling hotel staff I've ever met.
Pros:

Difficult to rate a hotel when the overnight experience includes dealing with the staff. I had no problem with the hotel itself.

Cons:

I have never met so unhelpful staff as at this hotel. I requested early check-in and it was dismissed without any response. Upon arrival I've met the same approach regarding all my inquiries. I am used to "let me see how can we help you" approach, while at this hotel the staff just told me that they will not even try to accommodate any simple request. The reason is "we don't do that". I understand when there is not availability, when there are technical difficulties, when there is no capacity. But I don't like rejection just because it is the simplest way how to tell someone off. I really tried to reason with them on multiple topics, but I ended up very disappointed and frustrated. I have to strongly discourage any and everyone who is considering staying at this hotel. The receptionist behaved like prison warden. Her colleagues seemed scared of her and didn't want to intervene and reason with her.

Idéal pour ascension MtFuji (Subashiri Trail)
Pros:

Chambres confortables, très propres. Idéalement situé près de la gare et des bus.

Cons:

Même si l’endroit est parfaitement situé pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire l’ascension du MtFuji, il n’y a pas grand chose à faire ou voir sur place.

最高でした。
Pros:

駅から近く、夕食の繁華街へもすぐに行けて、とても便利でした。スタッフさんも皆んな親切でした。

Cons:

よくないというわけではありませんが、今回は早朝出発（ゴルフ）のため、朝食をいただけませんでした。朝食なしの場合は300円でも良いから安くなると嬉しかったかも。

Pros:

Laundry, Breakfast, Water and toiletries were great.

Cons:

No locker services for over night.
I booked this hotel before and after my fuji climb thinking that it would have over night locker facilities, but I had to go to the train station.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent as it's near the bus terminal and train station. Breakfast was included in the room rate.

Cons:

If the staff could communicate more in English.
