Amazing Hotel experience.
Pros:

Everything about the stay was excellent. We loved the location, Cleanliness, the amenities provided and the lovely staff memebers. The pictures attached is from the room. We were in level 4. Thanks.

Pros:

Limpeza e localização excelente (colocado na Estação de trem de onde saem os ônibus gratuitos para o Outlet)

Quartos pequenas e café da manhã com itens basicamente orientais.

Pros:

新しい施設なので、とても良かった。

駅が目の前で近く、飲食店をおおいです。

駅の騒音は全く感じられなかったので良かったです。
モーニングをメニューも良かった。

Cons:

駐車場がもう少しあると良い。
あと、モーニングは朝1番に集中するので
分けるとかの対応は必要かも。

Our stay was wonderful
Pros:

What I Iike with the property are the staff are very nice and helpful. Also the location is very convenient right next to the Gotemba Station. The best part is the view of Mt. Fuji in our room
