最悪のホテルです。
2部屋予約したのに、ホテルに着いたら1部屋しか取れていないと言われました。
既に支払い済みかつホテルのシステムの不具合と言われたにも関わらず、フロントのスタッフからは2部屋泊まれるかは分からないと言われました。ホテルに非があるのに、スタッフは明らかに面倒くさそうで対応してもらえませんでした。
エクスペディアにメッセージしたところ、エクスペディアからホテルに電話してくれ、最終的には2部屋確保してもらいましたが、手続きに1時間以上かかりました。

そのほか、
・ホテルの部屋がタバコ臭い
・洗濯機があるとの表示でしたが部屋には無し
・部屋が寒く、夜フロントに毛布を持ってくるよう頼んで「OK」との返事をもらったのに、毛布が運ばれてこない
・朝ごはんも大したものではない
など様々な問題がありました。

総括として、スタッフが怠惰で対応もとても不誠実なので、不快な思いをしたくなければ、このホテルには絶対に泊まらないほうがいいです。

Even a staff doing their best to help, could not deter from the total disaster of this hotel. The rooms were as grungy as you can imagine. The furniture so dirty I didn't want to touch surfaces for fear of contracting MERSA (a bacterial infection). The bathroom was disgraceful, dirty, and smelly. The shower walls, ceiling, and doors were dirty, and black mold was on almost every surface. Again, I didn't touch anything for fear of contracting an infection. "Breakfast" was abysmal, and consisted of meager portions of mystery meat, questionable vegetables, and stale bread, served with warm tea. Food was not prepared on premises. Look, truly appreciated some of the staff as they were helpful, despite poor English. I'd not stay there ever again. It was too depressing, dirty, noisy, and hot, with little ventilation.

Made some wonderful friends along the way and the owner of the hotel is frequently there checking in on everything and he makes you feel very welcome and is very kind.

I will not recommend this hotel . We booked this hotel for 4 nights but we canceled the booking after 2 nights.
The main reason for the cancellation was , they had multiple electricity outages and as a result the AC in the room including in the lobby was totally shutdown. Their elevator was not working as well and on top of this and they did not bother to clean our room next day .
We were very uncomfortable in 100 degree without the air conditioner during electric power outages.
We stayed only 2 nights out of 4 nights and we checked out on Tuesday by noon time .

We really had a bad experience and we will not recommend it.

I was visiting with my family and the surrounding was very ghetto.
Please refund to me accordingly.

It’s really not bad for a budget hotel. Very close to Taksim Square. I really appreciated that they gave me my room early. My plane arrived very early in the morning. I arrived at the hotel at 7am thinking they would tell me to come back at 2pm and just leave my bags there, but they let me have the room right away. I know it all depends on availability but most hotel won’t give you the room even if it is available. Very grateful for this after a 22 hour flight. Breakfast is brought up to the room after 9am. Very basic but at least they do include breakfast.
