Excelente estadía
Pros:

El lugar es muy acojedor y la ubicación es excelente, a 1 minuto puedes acceder al trasporte público como buses o trenvias.
También tiene lugares como cafeterías y restaurantes

Cons:

Las personas de servicio al cliente por vía telefónica no contestan. Mi puerta se atasco y no pude salir por alrededor de 45 minutos y no me respondieron las llamadas

Reception helped me to the code, (its in your booking.com messages). Has everything for a great rest day for bicycle tourers, shops a few minutes away, kebabs, pharmacy...

I ask for my money back! Bad experience! Lack of communication!
Cons:

Very bad communication. I received an email in my native language saying *demand refused*. The money were however taken from my card. No answer at numerous phone calls by mobile or w-app or w-app messages. I wrote email that I will ask the money back. No answer. At 11.00 on the arrival day somebody answered the phone saying "Sorry. All info by email". Therefore I decided to search another place to stay as I couldnt wait to go on a property not confirming a reservation. AFTER 15.00 on the same day I received a nice email with all the details about getting a key for a room on the property. Too late! I am asking for my money back and I am keeping all the very unpleasant moments created by this bad communication.
