Sehr freundlicher Empfang; sehr zuvorkommender, professioneller Service über den gesamten Aufenthalt hinweg.
Modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Ruhige Lage des Hotels am Moselufer. Deshalb empfehlen sich die Zimmer mit Flussblick.
Sehr vielfältiges, auch qualitativ gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gut gemacht und präsentiert! Gleiches gilt für das hauseigene Restaurant Firo. Hier zeigt die Equipe in der Küche ihr Können. Die zaubert für den Gast mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitete, geschmacklich ansprechende, auch qualitativ überzeugende Speisen. Ganz prima!
Darum sagt man gerne: Vielen Dank für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt!
