Cons:

La propreté, pas d'eau pas de pain au dîner, aucune boissons proposées, nous devions aller chercher des verres d'eau dans les toilettes, personne pour nous aider au checkin etc des mouches mortes partout dans les couloirs, escalier et dans la chambre

Pros:

Всё хорошо-большой красивый номер,но находился под крышей на 4 этаже и с чемоданами было непросто его найти и поднятся!при закрытых окнах дорогу было не слышно,но летом окна не закрыть....интернет не работал-муж искал и включал раутер сам!!!!

Wir haben uns insgesamt gut erholt.
Pros:

Lage war toll. Fitnessraum war gut. Küche/ Essen lecker, abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Parkplatz vorhanden. Nettigkeit mit Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln im Zimmer.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Eingangsbereich, Fluren und Treppenhaus.
In der Sauna lagen benutzte Handtücher.
Kein Besen ( um mal selber durchzufegen).
HP gebucht. Für letztes Frühstück gab es "nur" Lunchpaket, keine frischen Getränke ( Kaffee, Saft). Das Wirtschaftspersonal war sehr bemüht.
Zunächst gab es Schwierigkeiten, die Zimmerkarten zu laden ( mehrere Versuche waren nötig, bis endlich erfolgreich geladen war).

Hotel eigentlich tiptop, organisatorisch noch ausbaufähig, Personal vor Ort wäre wohl nützlich, damit alles reibungslos

Familienzimmer mit abgetrenntem Schlafzimmer für die Kinder, gutes Frühstück, private Parkplätze

Cons:

Zimmer war um 17 Uhr noch nicht verfügbar, KONUS Gästekarte war erst auf Nachfrage ein Tag zu spät verfügbar - leider vor Ort kein Personal verfügbar, das Personal am Telefon war aber hilfsbereit und wir haben eine Entschädigung erhalten

Modernes Zimmer

Cons:

Das Zimmer war voller Fliegen und nicht sauber. Zudem hiess es, dass das Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr bezugsbereit sei. Als wir um 17:00 Uhr ankamen, musste zuerst das Zimmer noch gereinigt werden. Somit bekamen wir das Zimmer erst um 17:30 Uhr.😕

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Insgesamt eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La demi pension était bien mais aucune alternative pour les gens ayant une allergie. C est dommage.

Cons:

Système d inscription à distance pas toujours simple quand il a un problème. Heureusement il y a un numéro à appeler.
Ce n était pas clairement dit qu il n y avait personne à notre arrivée et que tout se faisait en ligne. On pouvait le faire avant sur booking mais le lien ne fonctionnait que pour 1 chambre et nous en avions 3.
