Alles prima
Pros:

Alles war sauber. Das Zimmer ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war gut; zwar war die Marmelade abgepackt, aber dafür gab frischen Kaffee nach Wahl von sehr nettem Personal (nicht aus dem Automaten!) Eine gute Käseauswahl, Jogurt, frische Himbeeren und Blaubeeren und eine Auswahl an Müsli/ Haferflocken/ Granola. Was braucht man mehr ;-)
Für uns hat alles gepasst. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sucht seines Gleichen. Gerne wieder.

Bad service
Pros:

The concept of the hotel is good. They offer office, gym, coffee etc.

Cons:

Staff are terrible. Especially the black lady, bad attitude. The worst service I ever had in my life.
Housekeeping is so bad. Floor is still dirty after housekeeping. Bed sheets smells disgusting. I don’t think they ever change the bed sheets, even for the first day check-in.

Pros:

Der Preis war super! Die Lage in Ordnung, allerdings Pankow! Bedeutet, dass die Innenstadt 13 Kilometer entfernt ist. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind allerdings um die Ecke. Es gibt Restaurants um die Ecke. Das junge Personal ist international und sehr bemüht. Der Kaffee war bisher der Beste, den ich je in einem deutschen Hotel bekommen habe. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit Laminatboden ausgestattet (bin Allergiker).

Cons:

Die Sitzecken fürs Frühstück sind stark beschränkt, das Haus wirkt zuerst wie eine Jugendherberge und das Gebäude ist riesig, sodass man Strecke zurück legen muss ;-).Den Parkplatz empfinde ich als etwas teuer, allerdings findet man draussen kaum welche, sodass ich das Angebot nutzen würde, falls man mit dem Auto kommt.
Die Matratze empfand ich als etwas dünn, aber für mich bequem.

Gefühl wie im Studentenwohnheim
Pros:

Standort relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Zimmer für 2 Personen zu winzig, 1,40 m Bett an der Wand, 1 Stuhl. Alles vermittelt den Eindruck eines Studentenwohnheims. Beim Verlassen der Parkfläche( 20 € ) sollte die Sperre immer aufgerichtet werden, denn andere Gäste stellen auch schon mal unbedarft ihr Auto ab.Personal war nur zum Check-In präsent.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt: Öffis sind in der Nähe, aber es ist ein sehr ruhiges Wohnviertel.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer ging dieses Mal zur Terrasse. Leider gab es einen lauen Abend, sodass sich Raucher und mitteilungsbedürftige Mitmenschen dort aufhielten. Ohropax halfen. ;)

Die Badheizung und der Föhn hatten schon bessere Tage (siehe Fotos).

Sonst ist es aber immer wieder sehr gut da.

Godt beliggende, men helhetlig sett dårlig overnattingssted som jeg ikke vil anbefale.
