Angenehmer, moderner und sauberer Aufenthalt in Berlin
Pros:

Gute Lage, zentral und ruhig, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Für mich war es kein Problem aber für Gäste ohne Englischkenntnisse ist die Kommunikation erschwert. Das Frühstück wird vorsortiert auf einem Teller serviert. Man muss zusätzlich (wenn gewünscht, kostenfrei) Kaffee und Brot extra nachfordern was lästig ist aber nur stört wenn man es eilig hat.

Die Dame am.Empfang, wie beim Frühstück bereiten, war sehr Service orientiert. Tolle Zimmer, gutes WLan.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation war schon etwas schwierig. Aber man findet was.

...die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön..die Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehrsehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt...

...das Frühstück war lecker, aber sehr basic und überraschend wenig Auswahl..aber eben lecker ...auch der Café..

Ich war leider enttäuscht. Die Auswahl am Buffet war zu gering. Die Brötchen waren hart und die Avocado nicht mehr frisch. Insgesamt wirkte das Essen nicht besonders hochwertig. Dafür war der Preis deutlich zu hoch. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal essen gehen.

Pros:

the personal was really helpful. The looby is modern. You can get coffee any time. Modern concept. Not far from the transportation areas. The staff showed me around and was really nice and helpful. Totally impressed by them.

Cons:

the park place costs 20 euros, it is too much. It should be free of charge for one night stayers. The bed was not the most comfortable. The room was not the most clean. A bit darker hallways. But nothing so bad, i would book again.
