Pros:

Clean and well equipped, I had everything I needed. The neighboring room and the train tracks were a bit loud at times but otherwise I had a good sleep. The location is also super convenient being close to the train station.

Cons:

Breakfast was running out of food too fast, even when arriving 1 hour before the end. On one day there was even no staff available anywhere, dirty plates were piling up, and there was barely any food left. It's too bad because the food is decent otherwise (though quite expensive for the result).

Ich war schon mehrfach da. Gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Etwas Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer deshalb habe ich es nicht gebucht.

Zentrale Lage am Hbf. Zimmer war gut. Die Sanitäranlagen können gelegentlich eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das man für die Gepäckdeponierung kostenpflichtig ein Schließfach mieten muss, würde man in einem Hostel erwarten, nicht aber in einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit und für mich ein Grund, das Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen

The only good thing about this hotel is its location right next to the Augsburg main train station. Otherwise, avoid it.

Para piorar os funcionários não conseguiam resolver nada. Na porta do quarto não tinha tranca manual. Total sensação de insegurança.
The internet here is completely unusable, clocking in at under 2 Mbps. In 2026, these dial-up speeds are entirely unacceptable. When we complained, the staff were not helpful at all and simply told us nothing could be done.
Additionally, the room felt very insecure because there are no manual locks on the inside of the doors.
