Sauna mit Gemüsesuppe Geruch
Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof Ostkreuz oder Rummelsburg und es hat nen Späti im Haus.

Cons:

Es ist ein Neubau und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ich war dort bei 35 Grad in Berlin und es war unerträglich. Auch das Zimmer war leider nicht gut. Kann sein das es daran lag, dass mir einfach das Zimmer für Beeinträchtigte gegeben wurde.
Dann kochten 2 Besucher mit offener Tür ihre Gemüsesuppe. Alles stank auf der Etage.

Znakomite miejsce do odpoczynku, pracy i noclegu. Polecam.
Pros:

Dogodna (bliska dwóm dworcom kolejowym) lokalizacja. Ergonomiczne i przestronne oraz nowoczesne wnętrza. Czystość. Smakowitość posiłków serwowanych na śniadanie. Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Wszelkie potrzebne wyposażenie pokoju w sprzęt RTV i AGD. Windy. Sprawne wi-fi.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju = brak możliwości efektywniejszego obniżenia temperatury powietrza poza uchyleniem okna.

Studio moderne et confortable proche du centre de Berlin
Pros:

Chambre et parties communes très propre. Vue dégagée par la fenêtre, vue sur le lac au loin. Cuisine bien équipée, même s'il faut s'adresser à l’accueil pour avoir du liquide vaisselle et une éponge au besoin.

Cons:

- Pas de clim, il fait chaud l'été à Berlin, il faut dormir la fenêtre ouverte
- Avec une sur cour intérieure, il peut y avoir du bruit tôt le matin mais surtout tard le soir
- Douche sans rideau = eau qui déborde de l'espace douche inévitablement
- Armoire trop petite pour stocker les vêtements de deux personnes
- TV uniquement pour youtube = pas de connection aux chaînes de TV classiques
- Buanderie qui était hors service tout le long de notre séjour (10 jours)

gute Lage, schöne Gegend
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage an der Spree. Die S-Bahn ist in der Nähe. Der Preis (57 Euro) ist günstig. Das Zimmer ist aber auch nicht mehr als 65 Euro wert.

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption sollten ihr Deutsch verbessern
