Mehr schlecht als recht
Pros:

Nicht viel, das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Zimmer war ok aber ohne Klima völlig überhitzt und stickig. Bad schlecht geputzt und keine Ablage für pflegeartikel. Am bahndrehkreuz kann man kein Fenster öffnen sehr laut und ohne Klima bleibt dann die Frage ersticken oder vor Lärm nicht schlafen können.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I have stayed here a number of times. It is easy to get to from the airport, and easy to travel into the centre by train. The rooms have a small kitchen, are light and are always very clean. There is a great cafe downstairs where a charming man serves food, bakes cakes and makes great coffee. As a solo traveller I feel very safe.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning , or fans even in the current heatwave. However by keeping the curtains closed all the time it was OK.

Pros:

Actually everything but the lack of Air conditioning. The room is fantastic, the staff super friendly.

Cons:

Impossible to manage in a hot summer without AC. Couldn't sleep at all. I stayed there last year when it was cooler and I had no complaints at all.

Schönes Zimmer
Pros:

Es war eine Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung im Zimmer, was wirklich praktisch war. Mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spüle, Spülmaschine und Herd.
Das Zimmer war zwar zur Straße raus, jedoch sind die Fenster 5-fach verglast und somit absolut Schalldicht.
Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.
Der Bahnhof Berlin-Rummelsberg liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und keinen Ventilator. Man war gezwungen mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, jedoch war das dann extrem laut. Ein Ventilator wäre dennoch gut gewesen, da das Zimmer sich bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur doch ziemlich aufgeheizt hatte.

Pros:

Zweckmäßige Zimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Kein besonderer Charme. Da ich nur zum Schlafen da war, hat es gereicht.
Lage direkt am Ostkreuz ist praktisch. Direkt hinter dem Hotel ist die Rummelsburger Bucht mit einem schönen Weg.

Cons:

Es gibt kaum Personal. Im Hotel gibt es nur Frühstück auf Bestellung. Keine Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zu trinken. Auf den Zimmern gibt es auch keine Kaffeemaschine.
Da ich im Sommer da war, war es im Zimmer sehr warm. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster ging direkt auf die laute Straße.

It was extremely hot in the room. No AC
We had to sleep with the window open due to the heat and since it’s close to a train station it was very loud. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep the entire time I stayed

Es war sehr sauber, ruhig, alles was man braucht ist da und es ist nicht weit zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Für den Sommer noch eine Klimaanlage wäre perfekt und ein Lappen für die Küche wäre gut.

Clean and ideal Berlin location for convenient access everywhere and for remote work
Pros:

Super clean and most wonderful and helpful staff (especially two: Valéria and an "Indian" gentleman, apologies for not remembering the name) that are always very helpful and smiling and friendly and giving good advice Very modern and clean building with a useful kitchenette, nice cold tap water, two good pillows. Very practical location for a beautiful walk along the river or to jump on public transportation to center town or the Messe (direct) or two the airport (5 euros, 18 minutes) . Also this hotel is great for nomads with a large quiet working room where one can work and make calls, opens at 10am (after breakfast).

Cons:

The small convenience store attached to the hotel has no fresh produces and is the world champion for high prices. Worth walking 8 minutes to the Bio market by the station that is opened even Sundays.
