Beeindruckend gutes Personal: super Gastgeber!
Pros:

Super freundliches und professionelles Personal beim Check-In und Frühstück | Entspannte, coole (aber gar nicht kühle) Atmosphäre im Hotel. | Ruhig gelegen, am Ende der Fußgängerzone, im Gerber-Shopping Center. Viele Restaurants, Läden etc. drumherum. | Kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade | Sehr schönes, großes und komfortables Zimmer und Bad. | Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück ganz okay, wird aber dem Preis nicht ganz gerecht (dafür zu viel Convenient-Produkte).

Cons:

Nicht negativ, aber das sollte man wissen: wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, sollte ein Zimmer in Aufzugnähe anfragen, denn die Gänge sind seeeehhr lang. Wir hatten ~140m nur bis zum Aufzug. Und unser Zimmer lag nicht am Ende des Ganges. | Nach Schließung des Shopping-Centers kommt man nur noch mit Schlüsselkarte über den Nebeneingang ins Hotel.

Cons:

Warum nur eine 6? Entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung von guter Hotellerie. Allein aus Personalspargründen keine Rezeption vorzuhalten, befremdet mich etwas. Die MA können kaum Deutsch bzw. kennen sich in S. nicht aus. Alles Sachen, die ich an einem Hotel schätze: mal nach dem Weg fragen ohne google, mal einen Restauranttipp oder so erfragen. Sehr schade, diese Entwicklung.

Pros:

Da hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem (habe sehr gut geschlafen), alles wirkte neu und wirklich sehr sauber.
Es gab keinerlei unangenehme Gerüche und Geräusche. Zum Frühstück gibt’s für jeden was und allerlei Kaffee und Teespezialitäten. Insgesamt wirklich ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Pros:

merkeze yakın, avm içinde sayılır. avm otoparkına park ederek de ulaşabilirsiniz. içi çok güzel, resepsiyon alanı aynı zamanda bir süre sonra bar oluyor. ( 18:30 sonrası) odalarda ses sistemleri var, çok güzel bir tecrübeydi.

Cons:

kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi.
