Miserabler Service vom Hotel.

Cons:

Versprechen wurden nicht eingehalten. Wir sind geschäftlich angereist. Voran tel. mit ihrem Mitarbeiter abgeklärt wegen Fotoshooting (mit handykamera). Uns wurde tel. zugesagt, dass wir die Lobby ebenso für das Shooting nützen dürfen. Bei Anreise wurde uns dann nur gestattet im Zimmer zu shooten. Der Direktor des Ruby Hotels Stuttgart war unbemüht, uninteressant und meinte da kann er leider nichts tun. Daraufhin haben wir gleich storniert und nicht mal das Geld zurück bekommen. Was für eine Frechheit. Im nächsten Hotel (radisson Blue) wurde uns tel. nach Abklärung zugesagt wir sind direkt hin und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Sehr bemüht und verständnisvoll.

Utterly disappointing
Pros:

The staff. The location was okay, but since it's in the same complex with a shopping mall, we were disappointed to find out it doesn't have outside seating, or balconies.

Cons:

1. Toilet is too big, 2. Wardrobe is too small. Is the suitcase supposed to be stored in the toilet? 3. Where is the bathroom? Why is it in a hallway? Why is the shower exposed? The best way to kill romance is not being comfortable having a private shower, or walking past the shower if my partner is using it. World's worst shower. Also, water pressure is comparable to my dog drooling when sleeping. 4. Five tissues in the tissue box when we arrived. 6. The soap and both shower gels had the mechanism stuck and were unusable. 7. What is that stupid wall cladding/shelf on the wall? What's the purpose? Is it supposed to replace the lack of closet space? 8.Chromecast doesn't work. 9. World's worst pillows and pillow protectors that feel like sleeping on a deflated balloon. When you press your head on one side, the other one blows up. 10. World's worst duvet. The uncovered part of my body was cold, while my legs were sweating under the duvet. Horrible. 11. Some sockets don't work. 12. Why is there a mirror in the bathroom, on the door, a blurry one above the headboard, but none around/above the desk where someone might actually use it for putting on makeup? 13. No bathrobes. 14. No slippers. 15. World's worst shower. 16. "Reception" is open 24hrs to guests, but there's no phone to reach it. 17. World's worst shower.
This stay was objectively worth no more than 50 euros, and this is only because of the room cleanliness. I am so mad at myself for booking this hotel, but hindsight is 20/20. At least i now know better, and at least this was my first stay at the Ruby franchise, so i won't be making that mistake again.

Sehr zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Frühstück

Cons:

Badezimmer nicht abgetrennt. Etwas ungemütlich. Betten leider nicht sehr weich. Leider kein Wasser im Zimmer. Musste man extra auf der Etage aus dem Automaten kaufen. Sehr düster alles. Parksituation nicht günstig. Man muss durch das ganze angeschlossene Kaufhaus und auf Glück einen Parkplatz suchen. Am Wochenende hat man Pech und muss mit Sack und Pack um das ganze Gebäude laufen um zum Parkplatz gelangen der extra bezahlt werden muss. Etwas schade das es keine Hotelparkpl. gibt.

Pros:

Sie war sehr modern, das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war soweit alles da was man gebraucht hat.

Cons:

Abends in der Bar war der Service leider nicht so gut. Es war nicht viel los und wir mussten sehr lange immer wieder warten. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen doch sehr begrenzt.
