Locatie is super!

Cons:

Ontbijt was beperkt, geen roerei of gebakken spek.
Parkeergarage zou gratis voor klanten moeten zijn ipv 25 euro per dag.

Hip hotel in good location
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked healthy buffet breakfast. Location easily accessible by U Bahn or S Bahn, close to good restaurants and cinema.

Cons:

Very trendy but gloomy decor. Relentless English pop music. Target market definitely Millennials!

Ich mag euren Style, das Personal, die Getränke, aber in Stuttgart ist es sehr dunkel!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr netter Service, Wein, Getränke, Kaffee, alles lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber und freundlich

Cons:

Eure Kopfkissen sind leider viel zu hoch. Da wären 2 Varianten einfach praktischer. Das Große kann ja gerne dick sein, das Kleine aber bitte flach. So musste ich mit einem Handtuch schlafen, weil ich ohnehin schon Nackenprobleme habe. Da es nicht nur mir so ging, sondern auch meiner Freundin, wollte ich euch das gerne mitteilen. Außerdem ist es ein absolutes No-go (was ich aber auch schon vor Ort kritisiert habe und sehr freundlich aufgenommen wurde!), dass die Reinigungskraft bereits um halb 10 an die Tür hämmert und putzen möchte. Ja, ich weiß, in einer Welt voller Lerchen, sind die Eulen in der Unterzahl: Aber es gibt sie tatsächlich, die Menschen, die ausschlafen möchten und einfach nur ohne Frühstück um kurz vor 11 auschecken. Bitte lasst uns Langschläfer schlafen! 11 Uhr ist ohnehin schon viel zu früh für uns! ;)
Der dritte Punkt, den ich mitteilen möchte: Eure Musik ist sehr laut und dann auch noch für manche Ohren lausig. Das habt ihr in Köln sehr viel besser gelöst. Da kann man sich entspannt unterhalten, wunderbar chillen und die Musik ist lässig, aber nicht aufdringlich. In Stuttgart war es leider dermaßen laut und durfte angeblich auch nicht verändert werden, dass wir, anstatt bei euch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, wir woanders hingegangen sind. Sehr schade!

Schönes, sauberes und modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Der Empfang beim CheckIn war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch sonst war das meist junge Personal extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen. Es war alles sehr ruhig, sauber und auch originell eingerichtet.
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist rund 10 Fussminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Es sind nur einzelne Kleinigkeiten, die nicht erwähnenswert sind.
