Super ruhiger Aufenthalt in sehr zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig, die Betten waren fantastisch, groß und sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, die Fenster sind sehr groß und lassen sich öffnen, das ist wunderbar.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch die großzügige Bar war toll, sowohl eingerichtet, als auch vom Angebot und der Service.

Pros:

De service en het hotel zelf. Personeel toont zich heel dienstbaar en vriendelijk, de kamers zijn dik in orde en schoon. Is wat mij betreft het belangrijkste. Ik was laat met het aanvragen van de factuur die ik nodig had om bij mijn werkgever te declareren. Maar was geen probleem. Ik kreeg deze dezelfde dag alsnog toegemaild. Top!

Cons:

De stad Mannheim zelf is een troosteloze bedoening in mijn ogen. Ik kwam hier voor zaken, maar zou hier niet voor de gezelligdheid naartoe gaan. Kan het hotel niks aan doen natuurlijk.

Es war alles wie erwartet in Ordnung.
Pros:

Wir wussten aus früheren Aufenthalten in anderen Städten,was uns erwartet.Sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht !

Cons:

Ein Stuhl ist uns immer zu wenig.

Emplacement, petit déjeuner

Cons:

La climatisation trop forte dans la chambre et qui fait du bruit quand on ouvre la fenêtre.
A contrario l'absence d'aération dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

Die Lage ist umwefend und das Zimmer hatte für die eine Nacht, die wir geblieben waren alles, was wir brauchen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre natürlich ein Schrank gut.
