Tolles Stadthotel mit schönem Design
Pros:

Super schönes Designerhotel mit einer tollen Terasse um die Aussicht ins Grüne und den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen. Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und sauber. Gut zu erreichen mit Auto (eigenes Parkhaus) wie auch mit öffentlichem Verkehr (nahe U-Bahn-Station). Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit grosser Auswahl.

Pros:

J’ai adoré la décoration Porsche dans tout l’hôtel on sent vraiment dans l’ambiance. La chambre était incroyable. Nous avons de la chambre d’être au 23 ème étage la vue était exceptionnelle.

Not the standard expected from Radisson chain
Pros:

1. Location.
2. Views from the room.
3. Breakfast.
4. Espresso macchiato at the reception.

Cons:

1. We are 1 adult and 2 children and arrived to the hotel in the evening. I specifically asked for an extra bed in the room which was confirmed in writing. Upon arrival there was no extra bed. A bed was made up in an hour. Because of staff shortage the receptionist was also the same person making up the extra bed.
2. Toilet in the room was dirty when we arrived.
3. The safe did not work despite us having complained it was not fixed.
4. Shower drainage is blocked (presumable by hair). After 2 minutes of shower the water is overflowing to the bathroom.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Ausstattung und Gestaltung des Hotels, freundliches Personal, Lage und Ausblick toll

Cons:

- ca. 4x das gleiche Mail für Upgrades erhalten, was störend ist
- Person an Hotline konnte kaum Deutsch
- Zimmerreinigung überzeugte nicht. Hatte auch danach Haare von unserem Hund am Boden.
- widersprechende Information, ob Hund im Frühstücksraum gestattet ist oder nicht
Aber: Als ich die Dame an der Reception darauf ansprach, erliess sie uns die Gebühr für den Hund. Danke!
