Otel çok düzenliydi, bahsedilen her servisi en üst seviyede aldık. Eğlenceleri, yemekleri ve merkezi bir konumda olması muhteşem özelliklerinden sadece birkaçı. Otel çalışanları inanılmaz güleryüzlü, canayakın ve yardımseverdi. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz bize böyle güzel ve anı dolu bir tatil sundukları için. Kesinlikle tekrar tekrar geleceğim ve arkadaşlarıma önereceğim bir otel.

Otelde karşılandığımız an sıcak ve samimi yaklaşım gösterildi. Temizlik harikaydı. Servis elemanları çok nazik, hızlı ve çalışkanlardı. Yemekler ise 5 yıldızı hak ediyordu. Et, tavuk ve balık her çeşit vardı. 16+ üzeri olması sebebiyle oldukça sessiz bir tatil yapabildik bu muhteşem bir ayrıcalıktı bizim için. Müşterilerin çok büyük çoğunluğu yabancı olduğu için kafamız çok rahattı. Ben otelde Salı, Çarşamba ve Perşembe günleri olmak üzere 3 gece kaldım, belki bize tesadüf etmemiş olabilir ama bu süre zarfında doğrusunu söylemem gerekirse akşam eğlencelerini pek verimli bulmadım. Örnek vermem gerekirse çok gürültülü anons, demode müzikler, çocuksu eğlence aktiviteleri vardı ve her gece için sadece 1 kez yerli müzik dinleyebildik. Fakat diğer her şey o kadar güzeldi ki 5 yıldızı seve seve veriyorum.

Sono stato fortunato perchè ho ricevuto una camera migliore per mancanza di ciò che avevo prenotato. La camera era stupenda, i servizi che offre l hotel sono a 360 gradi. Peccato la stanza fosse un pò sporca al checkin, cosa che appena segnalata hanno provveduto a sistemare. Nota negativa anche per i drink in camera (succhi terribili) e acqua piccola. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Gece eğlenceleri güzeldi, özel plajı yoktu sanırım belediyeyle anlaşmışlar onun için plaj halk plajıydı ve çok kalabalıktı.İlk gün altıda plaja gittik kapatıyoruz diye görevliler resmen kovdu.Otelin personeli çok iyiydi,güler yüzlü,nazik,müşteriyi memnun etmeye odaklı.otelin sessizliği ve temizliği iyiydi.

4 gece 5 gün eşimle balayı için tercih ettik. Odamıza balayı çifti olduğumuz için şarap ve meyve gönderildi. Genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Fiyat/performans oteli diyebiliriz. Temizlik olarak memnun kaldık. Sadece duşta sıcak ve soğuk su ayarı sürekli değişiyordu, su bir sıcak bir soğuk oluyordu. Yemekler ortalamaydı, birkaç tane ortalama üstü yemek tattık. Garsonlar ilgiliydi fakat tavırları bir tık daha profesyonel olabilir. Havuz küçük fakat yeterliydi. Deniz sığ, düz ve sıcaktı. İşletmenin yeterli şezlong mevcuttu fakat birbirine çok yakındı. Lokasyonu iyiydi. Her gün akşam bir program oluyor, onlar da eğlenceliydi.

Neueres 4* Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Meerblick. Das Hotel Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich viel Mühe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche wird alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Einziged kleines Manko: Leider hat es im Bad an heißen Tagen manchmal nach "Kanalisation" gerochen. Das liegt aber am Gebäude und nicht an der Sauberkeit.
Das Essen war gut und auch die Auswahl war sehr reichlich. Es gibt Nachmittags eine Snack Bar mit Burgern, Salaten Pizza etc. Und von 16:00 - 17:00 Eis, sodass man immer was essen kann. Die alkoholischen Getränke könnten besser sein, wie überall in den Hotels wird hier leider mit Sirup und eher billigem Alkohol gearbeitet, lieber Bier und Wein trinken.
Der Strand ist in in 5 min erreichbar. Die Liegen sind kostenlos, allerdings müssen Getränke am Strand bezahlt werden.
Der Pool ist klein, aber der hat uns trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Freitags gab es eine Schaumparty, die viel Spaß gemacht hat.
Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut gepasst daher 5 Sterne in der Gesamt Bewertung.

Lovely modern small hotel
Pros:

Lovely new small hotel. Friendly attentive staff and fantastic animation team, Gaby, Bob and Abdullah. Food excellent, plenty of choice including cooked to order omelettes and pasta and different themed meals in the evening. Particularly enjoyed the seafood and sushi evening. 20 minutes walk along the promenade to Side old town and only a few minutes from the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Balayı çifti olarak 6 gün konakladık. Personellerin güler yüzlülüğü, odaların ve otelin genel temizliği çok güzeldi. Yemek olarak da çeşitlilik güzeldi her akşam et,balık,tavuk sebze yemekleri mutlaka oluyor. Sadece belki kahvaltı öğünü biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir. Tatlısıyla, meyvesiyle her şey iyiydi. Konum olarak da araçla gezilebilecek her yere rahatça ulaşım sağladık. Side Zeugma Ailesine teşekkür ve sevgilerle. Dipnot: Bizim konakladığımız tarihte Alman +55 yaş ağırlıktaydı onlar eğlendikçe biz de eğlendik:)

Had a really nice time at the hotel sidezeugma... all the staff were so pleasant and helpful, the young man on reception desks check in was very polite and professional, weigher staff were amazing they work so hard, that good they learned what drinks you liked and served to your table. I was holidaying alone and the particular time i book ther was many English people staying at the hotel but the pool entertainment guy abdul made me feel really welcome and trid to incude me in all activities he is really cool guy. Another really nice you lady i spoke to was alexadra she dealt with customer service and was so nice and pleasant to talk to, her English-speaking was perfect she made me realy comfortable and enjoyed our chatting. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel, the food is great and has a nice chilled vibe to the place and theme of the hotel. Thanks so much all at hotel sidezeugma. Mr craig durr. X
