Mycket fräsch studio i bra läge
Pros:

Läget! Nära till u-bahn och spårvagn/bussar. Nära till restauranger och matvaruaffärer. Mycket fräsch och snygg studio med balkong mot gården. Skön säng, bra wifi. Hördes ingen biltrafik. Välutrustat. Tillgång till kostnadsfritt kaffe och te i restaurangen. Hiss. Prisvärt på vardagarna.

Cons:

I parken mittemot hotellet bor många människor som inte mår så bra av olika skäl. Det påverkar
säkerheten efter att receptionen stängt. En går igenom garaget. En kväll blev jag jagad av person med missbruksproblem som sen sov över i garaget. Jag påtalade händelsen för receptionen dagen därpå. Anser att de borde hitta ett säkrare sätt att ta sig in i hotellet alternativt ha en bemannad reception dygnet runt.

Trevligt rum, nära till kommunikationer och trevlig personal.
Pros:

Stort fint rum med balkong, nära till Tunnelbanan, Spårvagn och taxi. Restauranger finns nära. Trevlig personal!

Cons:

Saknade kylskåp och AC höll inte måttet hela tiden.

Feel at home when travelling
Pros:

It's called Harry's Home because the plan is for you to feel like its home, and it worked. The staff are relaxed, friendly and helpful. the facilities are jus what travellers need, use the coffee machine any time, use the laundry, help yourself to extra supplies. would go back again.

Pros:

The location was easily accessible by the public transport. Staff was great and the room really cozy.

Generally a very good aparthotel.
Pros:

Well-appointed apartment with helpful reception staff (whereas some other apartmenthotels locally have no reception at all). There is a bus stop almost outside the building for buses towards (but not from) Berlin Hauptbahnhof where airport trains (FEX) and long distance trains come in. There is a metro entrance very close to the aparthotel (Turmstrasse on U9) which is useful for some locations (and has an escalator) but does not give direct access to Hauptbahnhof without a change. I did not eat breakfast although it can be booked if wished.

Cons:

The suitcase-drag from the tram stop to the apartment by the shortest route is over more uneven ground (in a small park) than expected, and on some late afternoons/evenings there can be unsavoury characters loitering in the park. However it is possible to access the aparthotel over smoother ground via nearby roads when without luggage (or if not wheeling a very heavy suitcase so able to manage a few metres further). Prices are quite high unless you can benefit from a seasonal discount.
