Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, sogar mit zwei Nachttischlampen, was anderswo nicht immer der Fall ist.

Cons:

Ein gutes Zimmer. Nur war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ausgewogen, was u.a. wohl daran lag, dass es das Pfingstwochenende war.

Ubicación inmejorable, limpio y trato excelente.
Pros:

Realmente excelente, un hotel muy limpio, amplio y con una ubicación excelente, autobús y Metro en la misma puerta que te conecta con el centro en 15 o 20 minutos.

Cons:

El desayuno 18 € un poco caro y hay alguna gente un poco rara en los alrededores, una tienda de bebida y el mismo Metro supongo que tienen la culpa.

Pros:

La chambre donnait sur un petit jardin, c'était très calme ! La chambre avait tout le confort nécessaire et un petit balcon agréable!

Your own apartment in the hotel
Pros:

I booked studio, so I had a small kitchen and even a balcony. Also it was possible to add a coffee machine with capsules to the room, and that was a great idea :) Bathroom with shower is quite spacious.
Hotel is pet friendly, and there is a park just across the street, and also the whole neighborhood is nice for walking your dog, so definitely recommended.
Easy to get there by tram from the railway station.

La ubicacion excelente. Salis del hotel y tenes la entrada al subte. Barrio tranquilo. El conserje Jonas muy amable y Yamila e Irene que estan en el desayunador también
