Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Studio sah wie auf den Bildern angegeben aus und war gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und es war absolut ruhig, so dass wir sogar bei offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten. Den kleinen Balkon konnten wir bei dem sonnigen Wetter gut nutzen. Eine Nespressomaschine hätte gegen einer Gebühr von 5€/Tag dazu gebucht werden können. Wir haben den Wasserkocher genutzt und haben im Studio gefrühstückt.
Das Zimmer wird nach drei Tagen gereinigt (was auch völlig ausreichend ist - wir waren 4 Nächte dort), auf Wunsch auch eher. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier können jederzeit im freizugänglichen Service Point 24/7 abgeholt werden.
Meine Anfrage vor Anreise wurde super schnell und gut beantwortet. Den Hinweis, im Schultheis Quartier zu parken (ca. 250 m entfernt) haben wir aufgegriffen, da dort Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos sind. Der Tageshöchsttarif liegt dort zudem nur bei 11€. Das Hotelpersonal war super nett und gab auf Nachfrage Empfehlungen für Restaurants; diese findet man reichlich. Insbesondere der Vietnamese an der Ecke und das Riva am Spreeufer haben uns sehr gefallen. Neben dem Hotel liegt ein Netto (7-22 Uhr). Die U-Bahn Nr. 9 liegt ebenfalls nur einige Meter entfernt. Zwei Stationen und man ist zB am Zoo.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Cons:

Eigentlich sind es nur drei kleine Punkte:
- ein zweites größeres Küchenhandtuch aus Baumwolle bei der Grundausstattung (neben dem kleinen aus Mikrofaser) wäre schön (zum Glück hatte ich eines mit
- ein paar mehr Haken im Bad für die Handtücher, außer auf der Heizung wären schön (vlt auch innen an der Tür)
- die Matratze war sehr hart aber das ist ja sehr subjektiv nach eigenem Empfinden

Sehr schönes Apartement in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Apartement, ideale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. U-Bahn Station "Turmstraße", Netto, Dönerläden alle gleich ums Eck.

Το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα, ήταν καθαρό και άνετο και το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Θα θέλαμε και ενα ψυγειακι μέσα στο δωμάτιο για την αποθήκευση τροφίμων.

Pros:

Great staff....went above and beyond and were so kind, polite and cheerful with everyone. Room clean and comfortable. Lounge or "home" area just wonderful and we enjoyed that. Again cannot praise staff enough. Close to supermarkets and U-bahn...nice part of the city
