Sehr ruhiges Zimmer, trotz Bahnhof nebenan. Köstliches Frühstück und wunderschöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Keine Hausschlappen🙁, diese erhält man nur gegen Anfrage. Kein Bademantel im Zimmer trotz Sauna etc. im Hotel ☹️

Top Hotel für eine Tagung im Congress Center! Kurze Wege. Super gepflegte Hotel!

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Personal - alles top!

Cons:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof und dem Congress-Center ist zwar günstig, der Blick auf die Gleise/Bahnsteige und der längere Weg zur Altstadt Ware nicht ganz optimal.

On a positive note, we really enjoyed the rooftop bar. The atmosphere was great, and it was a very pleasant place to relax and spend time in the evening.
The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and good quality food. It made a great start to the day.
We also really enjoyed the sauna area. It was clean, relaxing, and a great addition to the overall experience. It made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

Cons:

During our stay, we unfortunately noticed a significant issue with cleanliness in the room. There was a visible amount of dust in several areas. At one point, my girlfriend dropped her lipstick on the floor, and when she picked it up, the entire packaging was covered in dust. After that, we looked more closely and realized that dust had accumulated in multiple places throughout the room.
Additionally, the windows were very dirty, which further affected the overall impression of cleanliness.
We were otherwise looking forward to a comfortable stay, so this was quite disappointing. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
