Rundum Wohlfühlaufenthalt!
Pros:

Ideale zentrale Lage. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Altstadt von Heidelberg.
Tiefgarage mit viel Platz für größere Fahrzeuge.
Zimmer sehr groß, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Regendusche spitze.
Frühstücken in der obersten Etage mit einem tollen Ausblick.
Alle Anfragen unsererseits wurden von den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption bestens beantwortet.
4 Aufzüge sorgen für eine kurze Wartezeit und schnelle Beförderung.
Wichtigste: alle Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Kein Punkt der zu erwähnen wäre und anderen Reisenden dienen würde.

Nur für Geschäftsreisen geeignet, nicht wirklich für Wellness.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird, sind gut geschnitten und groß.

Cons:

Kein Hinweis darauf dass Sauna und das Dampfbad erst aufgeheizt werden müssen und man Bescheid sagen muss, dass man dahin will.
Ab 15:00 Uhr ist normalerweise geöffnet und wenn ich als Gast dann in die Sauna gehe, muss diese schon aufgewärmt sein und nicht erst dann hoch gefahren, da es dann ca 40-50 Minuten dauert, bis sich alles aufgeheizt hat. Gilt auch für das Dampfbad.

Gutes Hotel in Heidelberg, mit direktem Anschluss an den Bahnhof, Heidelberg hat eh kurze Wege, daher muss man nicht unb
Pros:

Unterdessen haben die alles im Griff. Gutes Hotel, mit einer kleinen Sauna, für Heidelberger Verhältnisse. Ein gutes Hotel. Liegt auch gut am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Alles soweit prima, haben auch ein schönes Zimmer bekommen. Danke dafür.
