Pros:

The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing.

Cons:

The beds, mattresses, and pillows were very uncomfortable. We woke up every morning with back and neck pain, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

There was also an unpleasant smell in both the hallways and the rooms throughout our stay, which affected the overall experience.

I hope the management improves these issues, as they have a significant impact on guests' comfort.
