Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit Anbindung in die Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der Station der S-Bahn. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und absolut ruhig.

Cons:

Dem vor der Reise bereits angefragte Wunsch nach einem Topper auf dem Bett wurde nicht nachgekommen. An der Rezeption wurde die Erledigung dann aber unverzüglich versprochen, dann aber doch ignoriert. Erst nach nochmaliger Anfrage bei dem Zimmerreinigungsteam kam man dem Wunsch nach. Der tresor war gesperrt und wurde trotz Bitte für mich nie freigeschaltet. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine App was für nicht so versierte Gäste m.E. nicht gut ist. Ich empfand das eher als belastend denn als vorteilhaft.

Ich war schon vorher einmal in dem Hotel und war damals und jetzt wieder sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Essen-Steele und somit fussläufig zu Restaurants und Geschäften sowie dem S-Bahnhof Steele West und der sich ebenfalls dort befindlichen Bushaltestelle. Die meisten Ziele in und um Essen sind somit mit
ÖVs leicht zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur vormittags besetzt. Sollten nachmittags oder abends Fragen oder Probleme auftreten, ist niemand da an den man sich wenden kann. Es ist zwar an der Rezeption eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt mittels der man eine KI erreichen soll, die Fragen beantwortet. Bei einem Versuch hat jedoch niemand geantwortet.

The rooms were spacious and clean but no-one in reception after 5pm so the hotel felt very empty. Breakfast was adequate

Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist nicht ganz einfach. Schade,dass die Tiefgarage Sonntags nicht nutzbar ist.
Das sollte im Interesse der WE Gäste dringend geändert werden, zumal auf den umliegenden Straßen oft eine Höchstparkdauer angegeben wird.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkte S-Bahn- und Straßenbahnverbindung.
Ausreichend Platz im Zimmer.
Frühstücksbuffett hat alles, was man zum frühstücken benötigt. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zeer grote, nette kamer. Goed ontbijt. Fijne locatie. Top garage voor fietsen. Fijne lounge voor koffie en thee. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets! Goed voor elkaar!
Thee op de kamer zou lekker zijn.
