Schönes Zimmer, top Lage. Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Direkter im Zentrum geht es nicht. Supermarkt und Bäcker im Gebäude. Esslinger Innenstadt über die Straße

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage ist es bei geöffneten Fenstern natürlich laut. Schallschutz Fenster und Klimatisierung is sind aber vorhanden.
