Prima prijs-kwaliteit maar in een slechte wijk
Pros:

Prima bedden en sanitair. Ruime kamers.

Cons:

Het weekend dat wij er waren was het erg warm. We hadden voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege airco maar deze werkten onvoldoende. Niet op elke kamer was een ventilator aanwezig. Verder koelde de minibar niet goed.
De omgeving van het hotel is niet goed. Veel zwervers en drugsgebruikers.

Angolo cottura comodo e funzionale, lenzuola pulite e letto comodo.

Cons:

Aria condizionata scarsa insufficiente a rinfrescare la stanza, pavimento sporco (ho dovuto richiedere che venisse pulito in reception dopo il mio arrivo), doccia maleodorante, frigo della stanza non funzionante.

Airco werkt niet, zeggen dat dit in heel Duitsland zo is omwille van hittegolf.. wat ze niet wisten is dat we dag ervoor in ander hotel hadden geslapen en wel deftig airco hadden.

Our stay at Boutique Kaiser - Hotel & Apartments in Frankfurt was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The comfort of the accommodations was top-notch, offering a clean, modern, and incredibly relaxing environment to wind down after a busy day. In terms of location, you couldn't ask for a better spot—it made exploring the city and getting around effortless. On top of that, the value for money was exceptional, proving that you don't have to compromise on quality for a reasonable price. Everything from the amenities to the overall vibe exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

While our overall experience was wonderful, the only slight downside was the limited variety in the buffet spread. In particular, we found that the options for vegetarians were quite minimal and could use more diversity.

Pros:

We had a very good stay. The reception staff were kind, respectful, and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable and respected as two Muslim women wearing hijab. The hotel was also very safe, clean, and close to tourist and shopping areas.

Cons:

The only issue was that the fridge and cooler were not working properly, which was difficult for us because we needed them for health reasons. I hope the hotel will fix this, as I would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön und hatte sehr viel Platz. Leider gab es kein Babybett mehr aber eine ausziehbare Couch. Das war leider ziemlich unbequem. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr verbraucht, es gab das Nötigste. Schade das der Schwamm schon länger in Benutzung war. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte leider nicht und roch unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war traumhaft. Für uns war die Lage, auch mit Baby vollkommen ok. Natürlich ist es ein Bahnhofviertel und was dazu gehört aber das gehört zu unserer Gesellschaft.

La buena ubicación

Cons:

Con 38 grados de calor el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en lo absoluto. Y en 4 días de estadía nadie fue capaz de solucionar el problema o al menos proporcionarnos un ventilador

The refrigerator did not cool.
And the elevator broke n I was on the 6 th floor . I m a senior n have problems with my legs . They had no solution to my problem I had to go up the stairs with alot of difficulty.

Cons:

Ich bekam eine Email, ich würde ja nun bald auschecken, wie es mir denn gefallen hätte. Soweit so gut. Die Email erhielt ich aber bereits vor Check-In. Das fand ich unangemessen. Während meines Aufenthalts war der Aufzug defekt.
