The room I got didn't have hot water.

Also, ich war mit einer Freundin für ein Wochenende im Boutique Kaiser Apartment und wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war gefühlt gar nicht gereinigt 🫠 überall lagen Haare. Im Bad war der Abfluss im Waschbecken verstopft, sodass man es nicht richtig benutzen konnte.

Die Couch war so schmutzig, dass wir uns nicht darauf setzen konnten. Wir mussten wirklich alles erst irgendwie „desinfizieren“, bevor wir es anfassen konnten.

Kommen wir zur Küche: Das war die pure Enttäuschung. Das Waschbecken war total verschmutzt und der Schwamm wurde offensichtlich nicht ausgetauscht.

Die Wände, die Betten etc. anhand der Bilder könnt ihr selbst sehen: Wir hatten einfach keine Worte mehr.

Die Matratzen waren zu weich 🫠🫠

Wir sind wirklich nicht der Typ, der sich beschwert oder Rezensionen schreibt das ist sogar das erste Mal. Aber wir waren einfach seeehr, seeehr enttäuscht 🙃

The hot water didn't work during my stay (cold or lukewarm showers only). When I complained at the reception, the man offered me a bottle of drinking water. Not sure how that was supposed to solve the problem with having to take a cold shower. When I first arrived, I was put in a room where the fridge also didn't work, but the man at the front desk put me in another unit where the fridge was okay. He said, though, that they are replacing the fridges because many don't work. As mentioned in previous reviews, the mattresses are very soft, if this is a problem for you. My unit was also never cleaned, despite the reception offering this service when I checked in. The property has real potential to be a good budget option for self-catering travellers, but there are too many problems at the moment for me to want to stay there again.

Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend staying here—especially if you’re traveling alone.

There was a very loud noise coming from outside the room that went on day and night. I’m not sure if it was the air conditioning or something else, but it was constant and disruptive. I actually had to wear headphones just to be able to sleep, which is unacceptable.

The staff were also disappointing. The fridge in my room didn’t work, and it took them two full days to fix it, despite me reporting it right away. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or concern for guest comfort.

On top of that, the surrounding area felt quite dodgy at night. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe walking around, which made the stay even more stressful.

Overall, between the noise, lack of responsive service, and safety concerns, this stay fell far below expectations.

Not recommended to roam around neighborhood alone in the evening as there were many homeless and the area looks sketchy.

The room had several issues and bad smell

Just a place to sleep. Very rough neighbourhood.

-> die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig, danke an meine Ohrenstöpsel
-> da hat permanent jemand asiatisch gekocht, ohne die Fenster zu öffnen ...
-> die Matraze, der Platz um das Bett herum, der Blick auf die Tauben im Innenhof

Falta de manutenção e cuidado com quarto/studio, apresentando algum desgaste. O Candeeiro de Pé alto não tinha o abajur, e não foi reposto durante a estadia.
A kitchenette muito limitada e com pouco utensílios.
Tinha solicitado cama de casal, mas tinha 2 camas juntas. Colchões muito desconfortáveis.
Atoalhados muito fracos.
