Me parecio,una falta de respeto por no esperar a que el huésped se pueda alojar y darnos una solución cuando tuve un inconveniente con el vuelo y ustedes me cancelaron la reserva de una en donde se podrían haber comunicado por teléfono y nunca la hicieron, ni siquiera de hacer el reembolso ya que había abonado el total de la estadía y eran muchos días que me hospedaba. Nunca más lo voy a recomendar ya que no se ponen del lado del cliente.

Im Bad gab es leider nur einen Duschvorhang und in der Dusche keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Zubehör.

es gab keine seife und shampoo (lösbares problem, da viele geschäfte in der nähe), sehr laut, da diekt unter dem fenster an der flussufer auch nachts viele menschen unterwegs sind, viele rauchende unter dem fenster, am wochenende kein personal im haus, konnte daher meinen koffer nach dem auschecken auch für 2 stunden nicht im haus lassen

The surroundings are a bit noisy. At the back of the building is a construction site. In front, right beneath the window, there is a footpath on the river bank. People hang out here, also at night, and you can hear them laughing and talking. Across the river are bars (also on boats) and you'll hear that too. So bring your ear plugs. I had the bad luck that the Maritim Festival was on during part of my stay, with loud music and a lot of other noises. Unfortunately, that really impacted my stay in a negative way.

La llave digital de la habitación no funcionaba en mi móvil. Conversé con el servicio de ayuda y me facilitaron una llave física. Esa dificultad, que supieron resolver de inmediato, me ha parecido, empero, bastante inconveniente.
La mesita del cuarto es demasiado baja y pequeña, a tener en cuenta si necesitás trabajar en casa (como es mi caso).
