Pros:

Zimmer war ok, auch das Bett.

Cons:

In der Nacht gab es auf Hofseite durchgehend einen unangenehmen Ton. Geruch im Gang könnte besser sein.

Most times when I stayed the bathrooms are quite smelly, not sure it comes from the drains? But there’s often a lingering unpleasant smell

The staff is horrible. I moved to another hotel leaving my charger in the room and the cleaners stole it. Staff is so rude, I can’t. The toilets below the lobby are disgusting. Maybe ok for a hostel or a public toilet but not for Hoxton,

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen, den Bahnhof Zoo und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte erreicht man nach einem kurzen Fußweg. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Durch die Bahnhofsnähe laufen draußen vor allem nachts komische Leute rum, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton Berlin and can highly recommend this hotel.

We especially loved the great location, the stylish and high-quality interior, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms and overall facilities were modern, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. Two team members , Mahrshi and Sam ,in particular helped us during a very difficult and unexpected situation with incredible professionalism, efficiency, kindness, and genuine care. Their support meant a great deal to us and was far beyond what we would normally expect.

This kind of service is what makes a hotel truly special and reflects real hospitality. Thank you to the entire team at The Hoxton Berlin — we would be very happy to return.

Cozy home away from home
Pros:

Albergo bellissimo, ti fa sentire coccolato.
Il letto era qualcosa di stupendo, comodissimo e con delle lenzuola di qualità molto alte.
Camera molto accogliente e pulitissima.

Cons:

Colazione veramente non all’altezza della struttura e degli standard di una catena come Hoxton.
Un buffet pagato 40 euro per due persone veramente deludente, per la quantità di camere e di persone era a dir poco inaccettabile. Pochissima scelta e tutto presentato in quantità irrisorie. Piatti mezzi vuoti, e tutto pieno di briciole.
Sicuramente migliorabile con qualche accortezza in più da parte del personale nel mantenere ordinato e pieno il buffet.
