Pros:

Location and decor. Restaurant has delicious food

Cons:

The air conditioning, it would turn off during the night, would not go a bit lower. Very frustrating in hot summer Berlin days. I found service in general was not good. Very unfriendly check in and waiters were not good… always had to chase them to get the order, to empty the table, to bring the tab.

The only place I want to stay in Berlin!
Pros:

It’s just what you want a hotel to be. It is comfy, clean, cute, convenient, and well-located, with the nicest staff and delicious food. (Eat dinner here, you will love it!) There is so much attention to detail and quality: From the ceramic mugs in the room and real milk in the fridge to the thoughtfully prepared breakfast. You can set the air conditioning to your own preferred temperature, the shower is great, the bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get up. The stylish lobby and bar are great for drinks. Soundproofing is good, too: We knew the place was sold out but we never heard the neighbors. And did I already mention the terrific staff? Best hotel ever 👌

Beautiful comfortable hotel perfect for a longer stay in Charlottenburg
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Hoxton and would definitely return on our next visit to Berlin! We loved the location in beautiful Charlottenburg with a lot of options for shopping, dining or drinks nearby and the public transportation only a couple of minutes from the hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel design in the public areas as well as in our room. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious, a good size for a full week stay. The bathroom was clean and had a really good shower. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was quite good, but it has to compete with a lot of excellent breakfast options nearby - we recommend exploring them! Finally the 5km run map through Tiergarten was a really nice touch. Thanks a lot!

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location and cozy atmosphere.. Staff were helpful and polite. The room was modern and clean. Will be coming back in the future.

Cons:

One thing that was missing is that we were not able to connect our phones to the TV to have Netflix on..
