Lovely hotel generally but a few customer service bits to iron out.
Pros:

Lovely decor, good location. Cool features like things to do in the area.

Cons:

Staff in the bar around 4/5pm on the 15th October clearly had some issues. Could hear some arguing. Then our male waiter was quite short with us and rude to another member of staff. Not professional at all. The girl who initially served us tried her best to remain friendly even after the argument.

The rooms could also do with either a facecloth or vanity kit. Also requested our room freshened daily and it wasn’t.

Unique, beautiful, uplifting hotel stay. Loving the concept with all the graphic and branding.
Pros:

Great breakfast and athmosphere due to unique interiors and service.

Cons:

I could have stayed further away from the lift but it didn't disturb as there was no noise from the outside.

Nada reseñable, puestos a mencionar algo tan solo diría que la habitación me pareció un poco oscura

Great locations but the basic were missing
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Style of the hotel was unique.

Cons:

Despite requesting room to be services everyday it was not, got back to unmade bed. When service was carried out, no clean cups, refilling of water and tea etc. This was poor.
