Průměrný hotel, který podle mého názoru hřeší na výhodnou polohu u silnice a blízkost skiareálu.

Lokalita v blízkosti skiareálu Velký Javor, personál ochotný, snídaně dostačující, hernička pro děti.

Cons:

Na Našem pokoji po příjezdu s dětmi bylo 14°! Po ohlášení na recepci se údajně zatopilo. Po 80 minutách (po večeři) jsme s manažerem hotelu pokoj zkontrolovali a topení stále netopilo. Manažer nám dal jiný pokoj, který nebyl dostatečné uklizený a připravený. Chyběly peřiny na jednu postel a více ručníků. Při pohybu se v pokoji vířil prach, pravděpodobně nebyl vyluxovaný. Pokoje i chodba vymalovány sytě červenou barvou, což nepůsobilo vůbec útulně.

Unbeschreiblich schöne Lage direkt am Großen Arber. Sehr kinderfreundliches Personal, welches umsichtig arbeitet.
Für Kinder ein weitläufiger neuer Spielplatz.
Das Essen war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Leider wurde uns beim Check-in kein Hinweis auf eine Gästekarte gegeben bzw eine ausgehändigt (wurden erst bei einem Ausflug an der Kasse darauf aufmerksam gemacht, das es so etwas gibt). Auf Nachfrage im Hotel hätten wir noch eine bekommen können, sind am nächsten Tag aber abgereist.

Die im Angebot enthaltene Flasche Mineralwasser gab es leider auch nicht. Ist zwar meckern auf hohem Niveau, hinterlässt trotzdem ein "Geschmäckle".

Alles war super sauber, das Essen richtig lecker und alle waren so freundlich.
