Pros:

Es un hotel súper encantador en el centro del pueblo. Todo está muy bien cuidado, es súper bonito y acogedor. Aunque el checkin es autónomo, cuando llegas tienes todo cuidado al mínimo detalle.

Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten von Staufen zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Zentrale Lage, nahegelegene kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Langer Weg durchs Haus vom Eingang zum Zimmer. Ein zweiter Ausgang (mit Aufzug) war zum Glück in der Nähe.

Sehr großes Zimmer. Für 190€ pro nacht angemessen. Ausstattung gut und modern eingerichtet

Kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner. Die Zimmertickets muss man selber kodieren, - mega umständlich. Das Parkticket für den öffentlichen Parkplatz wurde vergessen. Das Frühstück war pro Person fertig vorbereitet,- stand im Kühlschrank.Auch mit Lebensmitteln die man nicht mag. Thema Wegwerfgesellschaft. Es gab kein Frühstücksei. Das gehört für mich dazu. Die Milch im Kaffeeautomat war sauer. Das wurde auf Hinweis erneuert.
Fazit...für diesen Preis erwarte ich einen anderen, persöhnlicheren Service. Hier will man ohne großen Aufwand viel Geld verdienen. Beim Thema Service...eins der schlechtesten seit langem. Das geht besser !!!!!

Het is een zelf bediening hotel, geen receptie, on persoonlijk. Geen airco
Ontbijt was matig, kaas, worst, tomaten en komkommer op klein een bordje. Voor twee personen. En ook dit was onpersoonlijk.

Aan de locatie ligt het niet.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie en vriendelijk ontbijtpersoneel.

Cons:

Ik had last minute geboekt waardoor er geen parkeerbewijs uitgeprint op mijn kamer lag. Het incheckpersoneel is namelijk weggedigitaliseerd, dus het printje kreeg ik pas de tweede dag.
Verder was de wifi slecht en er was geen verkoeling (airco of ventilator) op de warme kamer. Toch wel essentieel in deze tijden.

Perfekter Ort zum Übernachten in Staufen
Pros:

Hotel liegt schön zentral in Staufen. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und hatten eine gute Größe. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Ich bin leider kein Freund von Selbst Check-In am Anreisetag. Aber es lief reibungslos.

I really enjoyed my stay at Deville in Staufen. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere — charming, cosy and full of character, which fits perfectly with the beautiful town of Staufen.
My room was comfortable, clean and very pleasant, and I especially loved the interior of the hotel with its beautiful details, traditional elements and warm, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was also very nice and made for a lovely start to the day.
The location is excellent for enjoying Staufen and also for exploring the surrounding region. After my day trips, I was always genuinely happy to come back to Staufen and to the hotel. Everything about my stay was easy and enjoyable. I felt very comfortable here and would happily choose Deville again if I return to Staufen.
