War sehr schön 🫶

Personal und Lage perfekt 👌

Cons:

Wir waren für eine längere Zeit im Hotel und da war das Angebot für die Kleidung mager 😢 Wir kennen auch aus anderen Hotels in Berlin z.B. das Angebot eines Bügelautomaten als sehr positiv 👍

Great gym, nice design, and good location

Cons:

We missed one and a half days due to our own fault, although we informed the hotel about it on the original check-in day. Over the phone, they said they would try to do something, but in the end they did not offer any flexibility - not even a discount for an extra night. Instead, they quoted a higher price than on Booking.com.

Also, for a hotel of this level, the shower gel and shampoo could have been better - they felt very watery. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

beautiful hotel but expensive
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, perfectly designed. Rooms are interesting and also very sophisticated. The bar and restaurant are also nice, spacious and food is delicious. Location is good.

Cons:

Additional parking fee 35 EUR for car parked outside. Not so nice breakfast. Incompetent staff. Noise in corridors at 8 am.
