The building perfectly combines its historical character and original spirit with the comfort and functionality of a modern, high-end hotel. The design is unique, the breakfast and bar are excellent, and the gym is easily one of the best in Berlin.
Spectacular hotel that a century ago used to be a sophisticated telegraph communications centre. The attention to historical details is remarkable. The rooms are modernized however carry the historic vibe. Onsite bar and restaurant are cozy and welcoming, suitable also for meetups with friends or business partners.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, loved our roomy city room with a view of the TV tower, fabulous bar area and restaurant. Incredible breakfast. Perfect position right next to museum island.

Leider hat das Personal gewechselt und sowohl der Leiter als auch neues Personal ist extrem Profit-orientiert und geht auf keine Kundenwünsche ein. Davor war dieses Hotel sehr familiär und als Gast war man wirklich willkommen - mittlerweile ist das leider nicht mehr so. Man spürt dass es hier um Umsatz geht und es mittlerweile egal ist ob man sich bei 300-400€ pro Nacht wohl fühlt. Hauptsache man bezahlt..
