Une nuit écourtée, à peine arrivé ...
Pros:

Emplacement au top, proche de toutes les salles de concert (15mn à pied environ) avec des places de parking tout autours ... par contre, prévoyez de la monnaie ma carte FR n'est pas passée pour payer le parcmètre... et c'est payant de 8 à 22h.

Cons:

Le logement possède 4 chambres, privées, et le reste est en commun.
On s'est installé fin d'après midi, avant de partier pour notre concert. Tout semblait nickel mais à notre retour à 23h30, on a commencé à déchanter .... 10mn notre arrivée dans la chambre, des bruits étranges ont commencé mais on a pas trop fait attention. Ca grattait, de plus en plus souvent ... on a allumé la lumière et on est tombé sur une souris dans la chambre qui a fui sous les les lits, impossible de la choper ... et surtout, là, en allumant la lumière, on est vu des punaises de lits sur couette et coussin ! Impossible de rester plus longtemps, on est parti en pleine nuit à 00h30 pour se taper 2h30 de route ... ce qu'on voulait éviter après le concert..

48h après la réservation, on attend un retour de l'hôtel, et de booking ...(à noter qu'il y a personne sur place, j'ai reçu le digicode à 17h05, avec une arrivée possible dès 15h pourtant ...)

Also es ist kein Hotel !!! Es gibt kein Personal. Es ist eine Fläche mit 4 Zimmern und einem Gemeinschaftsbad und zwei Toiletten. Also die Hygiene ist echt bedenklich.

Das wirklich einzig positive ist die Nähe zur Cannstatter Wasen

Cons:

Kein Hotel!! Eigentlich eine Wohnung wo die Schlafzimmer als „Hotelzimmer“ verkauft werden. Gemeinschaftsbäder (ein WC ohne Waschbecken, ein WC mit Waschbecken), Gemeinschaftsküche beim Eingang, Sauberkeit Katastrophal, nur Anwohnerparken. Hellhörige Zimmer & den Straßenlärm etc hört man auch. Bin schockiert das sowas als Hotel betitelt werden darf. Irreführende Darstellung!

Überall im Zimmer gab es Bettwanzen. Wir konnten nicht schlafen. Noch in derselben Nacht zogen wir aus.
