Zentrale Lage, moderne Einrichtung, sauber.

Cons:

Frühere Check-In Möglichkeit wäre super gewesen. Leider keine Frühstücksdeal für Sonntag (Idee: Kooperation mit Café Nova?), aber kein großes Problem.

Pros:

Excellent, central location. Very modern and comfortable appartment with all amenities you might need for few days. Definitely would recommend!

Cons:

Only downside is there is no parking, but there is a garage nearby.

Modern und trotzdem gemütlich.

Cons:

Frühstück gab es nicht im Haus sondern im Kaffee in der Nähe. Dieses ist leider überfüllt und muss 2 Tage im Voraus reserviert werden.
Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, man muss öffentliche Parkplätze nutzen mit angespannter Parksituation. Mit Google Maps Navi schlecht zu finden wenn man mit dem PKW anreist. Ein Hinweis vom Hotel wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgänger Zone.

Very please with the comfort and location
Pros:

Really comfortable bed and facilities. Excellent location for Beethoven Haus and the centre. Lovely shower with a large shower head and hand held shower. Nice drinks tray - no milk or 'English' tea bags but never mind. Excellent Spanish themed restaurant next door with friendly staff.

Pros:

Location, City Center for restaurants, shopping, train station, tram etc..
Cleanliness, Room, washing room etc.. all facilities seemless and easy access

Perfekte Lage, schönes Badezimmer, eigene kleine Küche

Cons:

4. Stock ohne Aufzug, Mansardenzimmer niedrig und nur mit Dachflächenfenstern, die Frühstücksregelung: im Lighthouse Café nebenan kann man für bis zu 15€ p.P. frühstücken. Das reicht nicht einmal für ein belegtes Hausbrot mit Kaffee. Wir haben am zweiten Tag darauf verzichtet. Wie inzwischen in Hotels häufiger üblich, gab es keine Zimmerreinigung („die Umwelt!“), Ansprechpartner nur per WhatsApp. Für 209€ pro Nacht ist das alles eher unerfreulich!

Perfect location, fully automated checkin and everything. Clean space, nice shower

Cons:

Breakfast system is weird. You cant even order one normal meal + coffee, you will exceed 15eur limit in 75% (unless you take just cinammon roll or musli) and have to pay extra. If you say breakfast is included - i'd expect one drink and one meal for sure be part of it.
Also soundproof not the best, you hear neighbors shower or steps.
Dirty cleaning utensils were left in bathroom.
