Das Frühstück in dem Café ganz in der Nähe ist außergewöhnlich gut. Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof und sehr ruhig, das Hotel liegt absolut zentral.

Great location, in center of old town.
Pros:

Great location, you're in the center of old town. There's a ton of shops and restaurants just steps away. The apartment was very quiet. The decor was modern. It was nice to have laundry room in the building.

Cons:

No elevator.

room access didn't work, had to wait a long time with tech support to get access.
No invoice - hotel claims you have to wait 10 days to get something every other hotel sends at checkout.

Schone kamer, perfecte locatie. Het bed en de douche waren voortreffelijk. Airconditioning was super op hete dagen.

Probably good for young people. Would NOT recommend for older folk unless you are very fit and computer savvy.
Pros:

Location, lots of nice little touches like water bottles. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Location was good. Good for young people.

Cons:

Digital check-in. This is difficult and scary for older people. Five flights of stairs to carry up heavy suitcases. Almost impossible for older people. Absolutely stuffed without a digital phone because you wouldn’t be able to get into the hotel or your room without one AND NO ONE TO ASK.

Achtung: Ferienwohnung statt Hotel!

In der Beschreibung wurde nicht klar, dass es sich um eine "Ferienwohnung" handelte. Es gibt vor Ort kein Personal und keine Reinigung. Auskunft erhält man nur über eine Internetseite. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber.
Hätten wir so nicht gebucht.
Das gebuchte Frühstück konnte in zwei verschiedenen Lokalen eingenommen werden, die uns beide aber nicht zusagten. Somit haben wir an zwei Tagen unser Frühstück in einer Bäckerei eingenommen.
Insgesamt waren wir von dieser Buchung sehr enttäuscht.

A tidy apartment, ideal for the “twenty-somethings” cafe culture
Pros:

We appreciated being refunded for the breakfast we had to miss because the cafe was closed; we also appreciated the quick replies to our queries; the apartment was handy to a supermarket; it was air conditioned and functional and had the best shower we have come across on our travels through Germany.

Cons:

We struggled with heavy luggage up the stairs and think we should have been warned at point of booking; there was excessive form-filling: we had completed the comprehensive form (it even required our dates-of-birth) at the booking process months before and then had to complete them again at check-in; the app took a bit of getting used to (so much information on it) especially having to use it just to get into our apartment each time.

Pros:

The room was clean and nicely organized.

Cons:

The breakfast is a voucher for 15 Eur at a local bar (at a price of 14 Eur). Not sure why it would ever make sense to buy breakfast.

The place does not have an elevator and pretty narrow stairs, which is seriously bad if you are traveling with heavy luggage (like I did).
