Good and comfortable
Pros:

It is a no fuss hotel with everything you need to stay comfortable. They had two fans in the room, to keep us nice and cool and the window can open wide.

Personel bardzo uprzejmy, nasze oczekiwania zostały uwzględnione bez problemu. Pokoj cichy, komfortowo,łóżka wygodne. Śniadania przepyszne- jajecznica fenomenalna 🤤 dodatkowo maszyna do robienia pancake super. Blisko stadionu, co dla nas było plusem z uwagi na koncert. Do metra kilka krokow- bez problemu dobazd do centrum i innych części Berlina. Bardzo dziękujemy! Będziemy Bardzo milo wspominać pobyt w hotelu i Berlinie 😊😊

Het personeel is vriendelijk en aardig.

Cons:

1-Er is geen airco, wat vooral met warm weer echt nodig is op de kamer. Zonder airco in de zomer boek ik in de toekomst geen kamer meer bij dit hotel.
2-Toen ik dit hotel boekte, stond er op Booking.com dat parkeren 10 euro per dag kost. De receptionist zei echter dat dit al jaren 15 euro is. Ik vond het geen probleem om 15 euro te betalen, maar de informatie op Booking.com klopt dus niet!

Arrependimento. O quarto é repulsivo, vidros e fachada do hotel imundos.
Pros:

Localização é boa

Cons:

O cheiro do quarto é insuportável, fede a cigarro e spray odorizador. Os carpetes do quarto e dos corredores são repulsivos e manchados.

Cama confortável e quarto limpo no geral exceto toalha molhada deixada na casa de banho

Cons:

Equipa de receção jovem nada profissional, nem um olá foi dito na hora do check-in. Faltavam toalhas no quarto, uma toalha molhada foi deixada na casa de banho, fui à receção e nenhum “desculpa pela inconveniência” ou algo do género foi dito. Mecanismo de locking no quarto não funcionava também.
