Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts. Wir waren das erste Mal in Dortmund und wollten uns am Dienstag das Fußballspiel ansehen. Leider explodierten die Preise so sehr das ich für mich und meinen Sohn für eine Nacht 400 Euro bezahlt habe. Sie waren noch die preiswertesten. Das ist das einzige was mich ärgert

Im großen und ganzen für drei Übernachtungen in Ordnung

Personal, Frühstück,die Nähe zur Stadtmitte,

Cons:

Zimmer ein bißchen zu klein weil kein Schrank da ist,nur eine sehr kleine Ablage und ein paar Bügel,nur ein Stuhl zum sitzen.Drei Tage nicht putzen ist zu lange.Daß die Dusche mit im Zimmer ist weil ich mit einem Bekannten da war (keine Intimsphäre),immer dasselbe an Frühstück (ich denke das Hotel ist für nur eine Nacht gedacht).

Sehr schönes Zimmer, toller Service, jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten viel Platz und es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und es war toll, dass man von 6-12 Uhr morgens den Kaffeeautomaten kostenlos benutzen konnte.
Die Lage war auch gut: Schnell vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und direkt um die Ecke vom Theater.
Gefallen hat uns auch der Aufenthaltsraum im Untergeschoss, wo man ungestört ist.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zu dem wir gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Zum Teil habe ich es im Zimmer als etwas zu kühl empfunden (es war Oktober), habe deswegen aber auch nicht nachgefragt.

Se miten henkilökunta kuoletti huonekortin yhden seurueen jäseneltä kun yritti huonolla englannilla ostaa respasta vettä. Eivät sanoneet kaverille mitään siitä vaan kuolettivat huonekortin sanomatta mitään? Aivan törkeetä! Kaverin nimeä ei ollut heillä vaan pelkästään toinen huoneessa olevan nimi. Mutta silti. Ei noin toimita. Näki kyllä että kaverilla on avain huoneeseen. Ja jos ei päästetä huoneeseen niin siitä olisi pitänyt vastaanotossa keskustella. Aivan kamala mies. Tapahtui 25.10.2026 noin klo 23.45

Für ein oder zwei Nächte ok, Lage zum Theater top
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für den Besuch des Theaters ideal. Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Nur ein "offener Schrank", für eine Nacht ok, aber definitiv nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Bett war für mich zu weich. Rooftop-Bar dauerhaft geschlossen. Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers im Untergeschoss katastrophal. Ein zum Treppenhaus offener, kalter und zugiger Bereich mit der Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle, siehe Foto. Da war aber auch gar nichts Gemütliches. Als uns dann auch noch das Licht ausgemacht wurde, sind wir gegangen.
