Pros:

Veldig god frokost. Rene og pene rom. Flott med dør mellom rommene når vi reiste med barn, og god plass på rommene.

Überbuchung & schlechter Service
Cons:

Nach nächtlicher Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht ist, obwohl ich zuvor bereits online eingecheckt hatte und die Buchung via Booking.com bezahlt war. Auf die Frage nach der Ursache wurde mir durch die Rezeptionskraft nach längerer Suche im PC dann doch eine Schlüsselkarte ausgehändigt. Nach Aufschließen des Zimmers stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass das Zimmer bereits belegt war. Sehr unangenehm sowohl für mich als auch die Person, die sehr erschrocken aufgewacht ist. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Die Rezeptionskraft wollte mir daraufhin ein Zimmer in einem Hotel der gleichen Kette in ca. 10 km Entfernung anbieten, was aber dann doch nicht möglich war. Letztendlich musste ich mir dann selbst eine Alternative buchen und sehr eindringlich darum bitten, mir die Überbuchung schriftlich zu bescheinigen. Zum Glück war das Alternativhotel nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
