Nett, aber ohne Personal muss alles funktionieren
Pros:

Die Idee spontan ein Zimmer nehmen zu können, weil man nicht mehr fahren kann, hat gefallen.

Cons:

Ohne den Security Mitarbeiter wäre ich verloren gewesen! Der Zugangscode funktionierte nicht der eincheck Vorgang ist kompliziert da man all seine Daten nochmal eingeben muss obwohl booking diese Daten ja hat. Rechnungserstellung im Anschluss funktionierte erst im 3 Anlauf
