Nice design, fantastic, view, checkin essy. Book the bigger apartments for space, no breakfasts or restaurant, but many close by.

Decent and quiet location (near the airport and Messe), well-appointed facilities and fully digital.
Pros:

A great service apartment hotel that apparently has a co-working space and facilities (even though we didn't use them). Location was great, with an U-bahn station directly outside of the building that takes you in and out of the Altstadt area. I had originally booked and paid for the room which I thought has a washing machine, they emailed me and said it didn't have (despite the booking and the website showing that the room does have it), so they offered a complimentary upgrade to the suite that has it, which is a lifesaver. Kitchen was great and decently stocked with basics (salt, pepper, one kitchen towel roll, one small dishing washing liquid but no hand soap). Had an issue on the night we checked in where the air-conditioning was not working at all and we slept with the windows open (thankfully it isn't peak summer yet). They had it fixed the next day. Also, the living room was really dim with only 1-2 lights (some parts of the living area wasn't even lighted up). They put in a lamp the next day to brighten up the room, which made it less dark in the night. I also appreciate the fully digital experience, from checking in to unlocking the room.

Staff was also friendly and helpful - especially Jenni, Pascal and Franziska, they've been helpful with our DHL boxes and delivery, especially since we're coming in for a trade show at the Messe.

Cons:

Clearer instructions on checking in after hours without any assistance and how to turn on and off the air conditioning (and also how to check if the air conditioning is working) - thankfully wasn't too hard to navigate light switches (after a while you figure out that you need a physical key card which you can grab at the counter at the entrance).

The living area of the suite can definitely use more lighting or lamps. The kitchen area was rather dark and the only light source was from the hood, which didn't really made sense especially if you're trying to cut ingredients in the night. The bed room had a broken lamp and a shaky desk - I didn't get it fixed or changed out because I didn't really need to use it but It was a bit of a concern there especially when doing my make up and the table just keep swaying side to side. For some reason, we are unable to go down to the -1 (basement level) of building without a physical card and throwing out our daily trash was a bit on issue.

Mooi hotel zowel qua design als comfort. Erg fijne bedden en zijn lekker tot rust kunnen komen middels een bad te nemen.
Pros:

Het was heel modern ingericht en alles erg hygiënisch.

Cons:

Er was maar 1 prullenbak, niet heel handig in zo’n grote ruimte.

I hate bothering the staff for little stuff such as an iron and ironing board. Maybe add more hangers.

Cons:

Es könnte digital einfacher gemacht werden zb. Das man bei mehreren Zimmer Buchungen sich nicht mehrmals anmelden muss sonder einer hat denn Schlüssel und schickt es denn rest und das man denn Code Öfters nutzen kann
