Beautiful room and view, but the inadequate air conditioning seriously affected our wedding stay and honeymoon beginning
Pros:

The room was modern, spacious and beautifully designed, with a beautiful river view. The location was convenient, and the overall design of the hotel was very impressive. The staff members we spoke with were polite, friendly and tried to help us with the situation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was far too weak during our entire three-night stay. We reported the problem immediately after check-in, and staff members came to inspect the room more than once and acknowledged that it was too warm. A technician only came on the final day of our stay, and although it became slightly better afterwards, the room still never reached a comfortable temperature.

This was especially disappointing because we stayed there for a very special occasion: the day before our wedding, our wedding day, and the beginning of our honeymoon. Getting ready for our wedding in such a hot room was extremely uncomfortable, and we were already sweating heavily before leaving the room in our wedding clothes. At night, we could not sleep properly because of the heat. We eventually had to turn off the air conditioning and open the windows, but then the cold night air made me feel unwell afterwards.

We were also offered complimentary drinks on the 13th floor as compensation, but when we went there, we were told the lounge was closed for a private event for the entire day, so we could not use the offer. We also asked for a fan or any additional cooling equipment, but no practical solution could be provided.

The room and view were beautiful, but the insufficient air conditioning seriously affected our stay.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Ich hatte ein Apartment mit Blick auf den Rhein. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren ebenfalls top.

Cons:

Leider kam es während meines Aufenthalts an zwei Tagen zu Feueralarm. Da mein Apartment sich im 12. Stock befand, musste ich jedesmal 12 Stockwerke runter laufen ( unter ohrenbetäubenden Alarm). Auch wenn es Fehlalarme waren, so war es doch sehr belastend. An entspannt schlafen war danach nicht mehr zu denken, sodass ich vorzeitig das Hotel verlassen habe.

keine tägliche Reinigung, kein Handtuchwechsel (erst auf Anfrage), für das Preisverhältnis wird an den falschen Stellen gespart (Öko-Werbe-Toilettenpapier, nur ein Geschirrhandtuch, Besteck jeweils nur 2x, kein Topf, Kopfkissen unbequem, nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Loggia) Qualität steckt im Detail...

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in modernem Apartment mit toller Aussicht
Pros:

Super Lage, wenn man auf einem Konzert in der Merkur-Spiel-Arena ist und nicht im Trubel der Altstadt untergebracht sein möchte. Man ist aber auch in 15 Minuten mit den Öffentlichen in der Innenstadt, die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Tür. Einfacher Check-In über Handy und sehr schöne Apartments mit wundervoller Aussicht.

Worth it!
Pros:

Very cosy room with great view. Air conditioning working perfectly. Terrace with beanbag and fully equipped kitchen.

Cons:

Was not possible for me to get a key card. Only access to the building via app, so you need mobile data.

Schöne Aussicht, die Alarm Glocken läuteten nicht überall
Pros:

Gute Lage, klimatisiert und von oben schöne Aussicht über Düsseldorf , Yoga Sonntag früh mit Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse
Küchenzeile ausgestattet zur eigen Versorgung

Cons:

Der Feuerwehr Einsatz hat den Mittagsschlaf unserer Tochter beendet und sie war sehr aufgewühlt danach.
Das gebuchte Bett fehlte, war aber nicht so schlimm, wir schliefen zu dritt im Bett
Kein Frühstücks Angebot und keine klassische Rezeption. Keine zusätzliche Zimmer Karte aktivierbar, alles übers Handy und WhatsApp ,
