Pros:

Las vistas son increíbles, la habitacion es moderna cómoda y de.muy buen tamaño

Cons:

La ubicacion no es la más céntrica si quieres ir como turista y estar en el.centro cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes.

Perfect but they have to fix the ac thing
Pros:

Very fashionable and everything is unique even the body wash

Cons:

The AC does not work if the temperature outside is 21 and less !!! Where inside the apartment it was really hot I did not want to open the windows I have a baby and it’s not safe at all and the noise was too much but if we close the windows it’s perfect minimum noise

Schönes Hotel, würde ich evtl. nochmal buchen, wenn ich allein reisen würde, aber mit Freunden und Familie nicht wirklic

Tolle und stilvolle Ausstattung in den Zimmern selbst und auch im Wellnessbereich.

Skyline Zimmer hatten sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein & Rheinturm.

Unkomplizierter Check-In & -Out.

Cons:

Sehr, aber wirklich SEHR hellhörig. Die Wände sind so dünn das man jegliche Geräusche des Zimmernachbarn hören kann. Auch jedes mal, wenn Türen auf- und zugemacht werden. Als würde man sich einen Zimmer mit anderes Gästen teilen.

Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist wirklich einmalig. Ich bin selbst sehr sauber und ordentlich und habe nur an zwei Stellen mal etwas gesehen (Staub auf dem Küchenoberschrank - weil meine Katze hoch ist - und Make-up an Handspiegelrückseite). Alles andere war perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal ist super einfach über Whatsapp möglich. Sie lösen Fragen/Anliegen innerhalb weniger Sekunden/Minuten. Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und jederzeit sicher im Hotel. Perfekt für allein reisende Frauen. Konnte meine Kätzchen auch guten Gewissens im Zimmer lassen wenn ich tagsüber wohin bin.

Cons:

Die Türe des Zimmers nebenan wurde immer zugeknallt. An ihr stand auch ein Schild, dass sie kaputt ist und man solle sie leiser zumachen. Eine Reperatur statt eines Schildes wäre sinnvoller gewesen, da die Reinigungsfachkräfte die Türe bereits um 6 Uhr morgens öffneten. Ansonsten für Reisende mit Haustieren noch etwas um zwischen die Zwischenwände auf dem Balkon zu machen damit sie trotz geschlossener Glasfront nicht zum nachbar rüberlaufen können - einmal war ein Hund im Nachbarzimmer da wäre ein Sichtschutz für beide Tiere ideal gewesen (reicht auch völlig wenn man diesen bei Ankunft abholen kann als z.B. Holzbrett).
