Bad check in experience in a hotel that is next to a fast food drive through

Cons:

I was on a business journey, travelling by car.
The hotel was booked using my mobile phone
I received a message that my booking was confirmed and then proceeded to the address.
Once you are in the building, there is an automated check-in system to use.
It is an automated system and you have to provide details on a touchpad.
This automated check in system did not work for me on the day that I arrived.
I completed all the information that was required, but the system gave me an error message.
I could not get a card or key for my room.
They provide two hotline telephone numbers. .
The first hotline takes you to an automated AI process and the second hotline number takes you to an answering message.
I could not discuss my problem with a human, neither could I solve the error message.
After trying several times, I gave up and found a new hotel in another town.
It was a very disappointing experience for me.
As an additional comment, the hotel is in a semi industrial area.
There is a fast food drive through right next to the hotel.
The road for this drive through is next to the hotel wall.

Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

No había gel de ducha, la calefacción no funcionaba, y olía mal, parecía que tenía alguna fuga de alguna tubería y daba olor, la puerta no cerraba bien. No limpian la habitación.
