Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, was mich mit meinem Hund sehr angenehm empfangen hat. Das erlebt man leider nicht häufig in Hotels, weshalb ich dafür sehr dankbar bin!
Die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht und man hört nichts vom Bahnhofsverkehr.

Pros:

Всё было хорошо. Единственное не работал холодильник, а в июле жарко. Персонал сразу предложил другой номер, но т. к. в отеле только ночевали, пришлось отказаться.

Moderne Unterkunft unmittelbar am Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es liegt direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Manchmal ist modern sein auch ein Nachteil. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und die Temperarturregelung des Kühlschranks waren leider nicht selbsterklärend. Da wäre eine Anleitung hilfreich, die aber nicht vorhanden war.

Fijne kamers, lekker ontbijt, goede locatie.
Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier hebben geslapen op doorreis. Goed te bereiken, fijn om ook snachts in te kunnen checken! En fijn dat honden welkom zijn.

Cons:

l didn't like the way tye receptionist handled me, secondly l was charged more because we were two adults and l had emailed and confirmed that we gonna be two adults, and that's why l have upgraded my room to super. showed the receptionist the email of confirmation but she ignored and charged me more. Her quote and l quote " you from america"? the breakfast sucks! in the bathroom there were no face towels. Never 👎

Lage top. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.
Pros:

Lage top, wenn man mit der Bahn verreisen möchte. Zimmer sauber.
Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Um 21:45 Uhr wollten wir noch einen Absacker an der Bar trinken. Nach ca. 5 Minuten Wartezeit kam ein (italienischer) Keller zu uns, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen, bemerkte aber: „Das ist das letzte heute Abend“. Er saß vorher draußen an einem Gästetisch mit einem Freund. Er brachte uns dann die Getränke an den Tisch und stellte sie mit einem „Hier“ ab, um sich dann wieder zu seinem Freund zu setzen. Unfreundlicher geht gar nicht.
Das WLAN funktionierte auch nicht, weil es aber schon spät war, haben wir das der Rezeption nicht gemeldet.

Easy and convenient location.
Pros:

Good location, convenient.

Cons:

We booked a room for 2, but there was only towels and bedding for one. When we asked for extra we were handed extra towels to bring it to the room outselves, blanket was just thrown on the bed.
