Pros:

Eigentlich eine super Lage.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein teureres Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Jedoch direkt unter diesen Zimmern liegt das italienische Restaurant mit Musik und lautem Gästelärm von Mittags bis 23 Uhr sowie eine weitere Gastronomie, deren Gäste sogar bis in den Morgenstunden aktiv sind. So dass wir in der heissen Nacht nicht die Fenster öffnen konnten. Und für diese Lage sogar mehr Geld bezahlen mussten

Die Nähe zum Schulauer Fährhaus und Fähre in alte Land

Cons:

Schlechtes Deutsch an der Rezeption, verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche durch Haare, die ich als Gast entfernt habe, damit das Wasser wieder ablaufen konnte. Beim Checkout die Frage wie ich zahlen möchte, obwohl das Zimmer schon im Vorfeld bezahlt wurde

Персонал очень отзывчивый все понравилось.
Pros:

Объект хороший понравился. Нет кондиционера минус.

Cons:

Парковка была в стоимости номера. Но по фарту я получил штраф как клиент который там останавливался.

Lage am Hafenbecken

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein. Badezimmer zu klein. Keine Art von Hitzeschutz bei warmen Temperaturen. Extreme nächtliche Ruhestörung durch Migranten. Praktisch kein Hoteleigenes Personal vor Ort. Parkstrafe für Auto 3 mal 50 Euro pro Nacht von externer Firma für Tiefgaragennutzung des Hotels erhalten ( Parken war gebucht und Autonummer eingeloggt beim Einchecken)

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Wir werden wiederkommen. Frühstück war gut. Alles im allen sehr schöne 2Tage.

The room was very clean

Cons:

There was a festival adjoining the site with a stage featuring live music very close to the hotel - there should have been notice of this event when booking as music went on until 11pm. In room facilities were poor - no facility to make drinks and the cafe/bar was closed with no explanation.

Eigentlich nicht schlecht, aber…

Die Lage, Frühstückt, Matratze

Cons:

Treppenhaus und Flur zu warm, Wartezeit Aufzug ( nur 1 Aufzug ) Ablage im Badezimmer ( Platz ist genug vorhanden ) Restaurant und Terrasse nicht nutzbar,wegen geschlossene Gesellschaft.
