Moderne, komfortable Wohnung mit etwas Verbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut - die S-Bahn und die nächste Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Check In ist sehr angenehm und einfach. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und modern und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Bei meiner Ankunft am Abend standen alle Fenster offen bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur. Die Wohnung war erst wieder am nächsten Mittag angenehm warm.
Die Lages des Zimmers direkt am Treppenhaus ist miserabel, da man jedes Wort hört, welches auf der Treppe gesprochen wird. Wer nächtelang wach liegen will, ist hier genau richtig! Zwischen Wohnraum und Eingangstür sollte eine schalldichte Tür eingebaut werden, damit man nicht hört wie an- und abreisende Gäste ihre Trolleys die Treppe holpernd rauf- und runterziehen, anstatt sie zu tragen!

Korrekt szálláshely, jó környéken, a kapu és a szobák nyitása csak applikáción keresztül működik
Pros:

Modern és tiszta apartman, jól felszerelt konyha főzőlappal, mosogatógéppel, kávéfőzővel, étkészlettel és mosogatószer is volt, a szálláshoz járt törölköző, a fürdőben voltak tisztálkodószerek és hajszárító is.

Cons:

Nem közölték előre, hogy emeletes ágy lesz, ez adott esetben gondot is okozhatott volna. A plusz kanapé középen már nagyon puha volt, alvásra már kényelmetlen. A TV igazából nézhetetlen, mert a sok csatorna csak reklámokat adott szinte végig, gondolom azért, mert nem volt rendes előfizetés.

Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros:

La camera per 7 persone era organizzata molto bene. A 3 minuti dalla fermata del tram e circa 6-7 minuti da quella della metro. Per arrivare in centro ci mettevamo circa 20 minuti, quindi comodissimo!
Struttura pulita e ben servita, non mancava nulla (ad eccezione di sale olio e pepe in caso di volesse cucinare).

Cons:

Le uniche due cose che non sono delle migliori sono: la cucina piccolissima che va bene, ma per 7 persone mette male cucinare, poche pentole/padelle per cucinare, e infine il bagno che potrebbe avere una ventola con forza maggiore in quanto post doccia non asciugava il vapore acqueo/umidità degli asciugamani bagnati.
Non reputo negative la cucina e la mancanza di stoviglie se non si vuole cucinare.

Bien hormis les punaises de lit
Pros:

Appartement confortable, propre dans le ménage, proche du centre

Cons:

Découverte de punaises de lit lors d’un réveil nocturne, une vingtaine qui couraient sur le lit et le canapé-lit pendant notre sommeil! Nuit blanche en conséquence et gros chantier matinal pour éviter d’en ramener chez nous!

Muy lindo la habitación.

Cons:

Que no había sal y azúcar en la cocina, el baño estaba un poco sucio habían hisopos usados debajo de el espejo, pero todo bien con lo demás.

Cons:

La stanza è molto piccola, hanno aperto in ritardo e noi, insieme ad altri ospiti, abbiamo aspettato giù nella hall per ricevere i codici (alle 18.30 sono arrivati, ma erano previsti alle 15). Balconcino mini e inutilizzabile

Great comfortable stay with good public transport access.
Pros:

The location of the apartment was great for supermarkets and some restaurants. It was easy to get around with a Tram and Bus stops very close and made it easy to get to the airport. The cooking utensils in the kitchen were very adequate and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room wasn't too clean with crisp pieces on the floor and quite some dust on the coffee machine and work surfaces. I guess the room hadn't been used recently.
