Buon rapporto qualità, prezzo e posizione
Pros:

Distante dal centro circa 2 km in quartiere tranquillo . Palazzo un po' datato ma in fase di restauro. Posizione buona perché vicino al tram 18 e circa 350 m dalla metro. Facile da raggiungere, si trova parcheggio per scaricare nella via principale ma poi bisogna spostare la macchina e trovare un parcheggio a pagamento o cercare nelle vicinanze. Camere silenziose, Doccia grande. Letto comodo e cucina completa di elettrodomestici. Pulito il bagno e la cucina. abbastanza la camera. Ci siamo trovati bene ma dalle foto la camera sembra più grande. In quattro si sta stretti. Tavolino a parete per mangiare max 3 persone . Va bene per dormici e non starci per tutto il giorno. Bella la soluzione a castello con scala contenitiva. Armadio discretamente grande. Arredo cucina quasi completo.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato i piatti sporchi all'interno della lavastoviglie. Sarà sfuggito !! Nelle foto la stanza sembra più grande. Cambiare alcune padelle.

A spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment with contactless check-in. NO AC
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. It had an excellent kitchen and all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. There was no on-site staff, and all communication and check-in procedures were handled online. While everything worked smoothly.

Cons:

My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. However, that was more my oversight than the property's fault, as I didn't check the amenities carefully before booking. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the stay. walkable distance from tram station.

Pros:

The apartment has all the basic amenities suitable for families. Location is good, near train & tram stations. The Customer Service is very responsive to our queries. Overall recommended stay.

Cons:

The lift was not functioning and we had to climbed stairs with heavy luggage

Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer, einige Abstriche bei Sauberkeit und Komfort

Die Lage ist super, beim Ostfriedhof, gute S-Bahn- und Tramanbindung.

Cons:

Zuerst war das Wasser in der Dusche kalt. Das Balkonfenster liess sich nicht mehr kippen. Es war nicht besonders sauber und einige Stellen waren kaputt. Die Küche war okay, aber es gab keine grossen Teller, nur ein Weinglas und nur ein Espressoglas. Obwohl wir Late Checkout bezahlt hatten, klopfte kurz nach 11 Uhr jemand vom Personal und wollte reinigen.

The room was terribly hot, the fan wasn't working and when we complained it got a little better but then the heater in the taps wasn't working. We were burning for three days.

Pros:

Für uns als Vierköpfige Familie mit kleinen Kindern war die Bettenaufteilung super.
Auch die Küchenzeile reicht für das Nötigste.
Lage ist top. Man kann einiges zu Fuß erreichen und die Tram ist vor der Tür. Parkplatz bekommt man auch in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider waren die Hygiene so lala. Bei Ankunft ist und im Bad ein langes schwarzes Haar an den Fließen im Bad aufgefallen (keiner von uns hat schwarze Haare). Zudem war ein bräunlicher Fleck unter der Toilette nicht weggeputzt.
Der Gummi an der Duschtüre war schon sehr verfärbt.
Wir haben außerdem 4 Motten erschlagen und vermuten es waren Lebensmittel-Motten. Mit Sicherheit wissen wir das nicht und haben zu Hause erst mal vorsorglich und gründlich Mottenbekämpfung gemacht bei allem was aus Stoff dabei war.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit waren die Vorhänge. Diese hätten das Zimmer eigentlich gut verdunkelt (bei 2 kleinen Kindern nicht unwichtig), aber es waren anstatt 4 für 2 Fenster nur 3. Es hat also einer gefehlt.
