Pros:

L'appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla della città ed è molto comodo raggiungere il centro grazie alla metropolitana oppure il treno. Appartamento tenuto bene e ha un buon sistema di sicurezza (consiglio di tenersi il telefono carico, poichè per sbloccare la porta della camera bisogna accedere al sito).

Cons:

Nonostante la camera sia tenuta in buone condizioni, l'atrio è molto sporco e confusionario. Inoltre abbiamo trovato la porta di ingresso, in cui bisogna inserire il codice per accedere, non funzionante e a causa di ciò rimane sempre aperta.

Reserve una habitación amplia y me asignaron una MUY pequeña. 2 hijos míos tuvieron que estar en la cama porque no cambiamos los 4 en el pasillo me asignaron una habitación que yo no había alquilado.muestran una habitación pero en realidad te asignan otra. La ropa de cama HORRIBLE la cama matrimonial tenía 2 plumones de una plaza cada uno y el cubre colchón roto y almohadas de malísima calidad mala la experiencia uno paga por algo bueno y se desepciona, pensé que por ser Alemanes serían más rigurosos y pulcros pero me equivoqué.

Δεν δούλευε το ασανσέρ, δεν είχε σχετική ταμπέλα στα αγγλικά (μονο στα γερμανικα!) με αποτέλεσμα να κλειστεί μεσα ο άνδρας μου !!
Μετά την ειδοποίηση του ξενοδοχείου δεν ήρθε καμία βοήθεια και καταλήξαμε να καλέσουμε την πυροσβεστική, που ήρθε στο επόμενο 10 λεπτο και ελευθέρωσε τον άνδρα μου απο το ασανσέρ.

Ottima posizione con fermata del tram a due passi.
Appartamento pulito e accogliente.

Cons:

Servirebbe qualche utensile in più da cucina e poiché l'angolo cottura è nella stessa camera da letto ci vorrebbe una cappa di aspirazione più potente.

Für den Preis gibt's nix zu meckern.
Pros:

Ich mag es generell in Ruhe gelassen zu werden und das wird man. Man checkt sich selbst ein und kann dann kommen und gehen wie man lust hat. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, Bett, Bad, Tisch und eine mini Küche mit mini kaffeemaschine und spülmaschiene.
Man kommt gut überall hin und es kostet nicht viel.

Cons:

Die Wände sind relativ dünn. Man hört ständige Aktivität im Flur und auch die Straßenbahn draußen, wer geräusch empfindlich ist, ist hier vielleicht nicht so gut aufgehoben.

Absolutely horrendous
Cons:

Lift wasn’t working for entire duration of stay (we were on the second floor) and we had a physically impaired guest. Our room was next to the lift and extremely noisy stairs and could hear people banging up and down all night. The front door is open at all times which is a major security threat. Other guests do not respect quiet hours. Our heater wasn’t working and it’s the middle of winter. Someone also tried to enter our apartment on the first night. We complained to the staff on all of these issues they did not help on any fronts. Do not book with this apartment hotel.

Prijetno bivanje.
Pros:

Stanovanje ima primerno velikost, je na novo opremljeno. Oprema je moderna, lepa. Stanovanje leži v bližini javnega prevoza, lokalov in trgovin. Osebje je bilo dosegljivo po telefonu.

Cons:

Dvigalo ni obratovalo.
