Keine Familien Unterkunft da zu klein
Pros:

Es liegt super, es ist leise und die Straßenbahn ist gleich um die Ecke, selten hab ich erlebt das es in ferien Wohnungen genug Kästen für alle gibt. Ist dort der Fall. Die Kommunikation kann über WhatsApp stattfinden und man bekommt auch promt eine Antwort.

Cons:

Viel zu klein für 7 Personen, es wird zwar für 7 Personen vermietet aber es passen nur 4 Sessel zum Tisch und es sind nur 6 Sessel im Apartment. Man steigt sich gegenseitig nur auf die Füße.
Es gibt auch nicht genug Teller, meine persönliche Meinung so kann man nicht für 7 Personen vermieten.

Fernsteuerung für TV war zunächst nicht vorhanden. Haben sie unter dem Bett gefunden. Hat aber nicht richtig funktioniert.

Good value accommodation with easy access to the city centre.
Pros:

The room was comfortable with modern facilities, It was close to the trams line to take us into the old town. The room was nice and warm.
The process of booking and checking in was well-eplained well in advance of us travelling.

Cons:

The shower had no door so water went everywhere in the bathroom. When we arrived we wanted to store our luggage but this room was not clearly marked - we finally found someone to ask, However, the room was not locked so the luggage was not secure. The room above us had people stomping around in the middle of the night which was disturbing. The room number was not sent at 3pm as promised and we had to ring to get this. There was no toaster or jug in the kitchen.

God beliggenhed.

Cons:

Der lugtede af røg på værelset, det har tydeligvis været et værelse, der har været røget i.
En morgen var der ikke noget varmt vand, og det kom ikke igen før om aftenen, trods personalet i telefonen havde sagt, at det var ordnet.
Det var et hus, der var ved at blive renoveret, så der var byggeaffald og håndværkere i opgang og på gangen og larm fra kl. 8 om morgenen.

Сподобалась наявність міні кухні, ліжка були зручні.

Cons:

Було не чисто, стіл в пилюці, шматки бруду в зоні кухні. Брудні та липкі чашки, волосся в душовій кабіні. Пліснява у ванній кімнаті за дверима. Є обігрівач, але він не працював. Не було чайника. Ліфт постійно був зламаний (то не приїзжав на поверх, коли викликали, одного разу піднялись на ліфті, але двері заблокувало і довелося відкривати вручну - мої діти дуже злякалися!) , тому доводилося тягати дитячий візок сходами.

The perfect combination of money spent/service

check in was really easy, the location is pretty good too, there are many public transport opportunities, there are many kitchen appliances

i was really pissed of, that i couldn’t turn off the heating, i tried setting it to the snowflake ❄️ and to the level 5, but nothing worked. In addition, the shower doors don’t close completely. i was a little surprised, that this kitchen has all except kettle, but it’s small thing

Munich muy bien, pero no tuvimos suerte con el alojamiento.
Pros:

Bien comunicado al centro en transporte público.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el enlace de su página para hacer el checking y nos mandaron el código sobre 18:00 horas en vez de a las 15:00. El suministro de calefacción se cortó durante la última noche. Viajaba con niños. Hizo frío esa noche. No nos pudimos duchar por la mañana. Lo avisé sobre las 08:00 horas y no se solucionó. El sofá cama es incómodo. No hay sábanas bañeras. Insuficiencia de los utensilios de limpieza y de cocina.
