Schloss Frankenberg

Ein wunderschönes Schloss mit 800 Jahren Geschichte. Der Empfang war sehr persönlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal. Meine Frau kann schlecht laufen und wurde jedes Mail zum Zimmer oder Abends ins Restaurant mit dem Golfwagen gefahren. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer in der Vorburg. Das Essen im „Le Frankenberg“ kann man nur als göttlich bezeichnen. Ein tolles Hotel!!!

Ein Juwel in idyllischer Umgebung mit Komfort auf höchstem Niveau und erstklassigem Service. Wer Entspannung, Qualität und persönliche Betreuung sucht, findet hier einen Ort, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkehrt.

Sehr persönlicher Empfang. Der Service im Amtshaus war sehr zuvorkommend, die Entenbrust mit Knödeln und Blaukraut ausgezeichnet.

Personlig och fantastisk service. Rummen är magiska. Nyrenoverade rum, magiska sängar och finns ingenting som saknas. Frukosten jättegod. Njöt av varje minut på detta fantastiska slott i dess vackra omgivningar.

Outstanding experience overall.

This was such a great experience. My partner and I were the only ones checked in for the night and we were treated with such care and kindness. Our room was lovely, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and did everything to make our stay as great as possible.

This is THE BEST place i have ever stayed! The staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we got there until the time we left. The rooms in the castle are incredible with modern conveniences and an old castle feel! The food and wine at the restaurant was delicious and the views from the restaurant are stunning! We were so impressed - I would love to stay here again in the future!

This is a stunning property. We stayed in two rooms with our family of four. The castle has amazing views and we felt like royalty when when we arrived and throughout our stay. It is a hidden gem that is centrally located from Wurzburg, Nurenburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauer.

Perfect. Lovely room, stunning views, great wine, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We managed to charge our car on one of the two EV points overnight. We would recommend sampling the wine!

What a beautiful gem!!! This stay was a last-minute selection. I was looking for a “castle” to stay in and we ended up seemingly being the only ones staying that night. Everything is 1st class, from the rooms to the food. We are definitely returning here on another occasion. I could see a daughter getting married here or a family reunion happening here. Walking trails, restaurant, breakfast included, guided tour of castle (not available on May Day), and views from every angle. The staff couldn’t be nicer. The room was as nice as we’ve ever been in (best shower/bathroom since we started our journey). As a platinum member we received a house bottled “Schloss Frankenberg” Rose.

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på Schloss Frankenberg. vi var voksne søsken og pappa som dro for å oppleve vin, kultur og små landsbyer. Schloss Frankenberg var en opplevelse i seg selv, med flotte områder rundt. Vi både spiste og drakk godt på hotellet og kan anbefale både vinene deres, og begge restauranene.

Our castle stay was pretty amazing. Very modern rooms and the availability to roam the property made it a great stay. It was also very helpful that the staff spoke English and were so kind. A nice final touch was them sharing a bottle of their wine with us as we departed. A must do!

We were so happy to stay at Schloss Frankenberg for two nights. The staff are all fantastic. Room was beautiful. Restaurant was very delicious. The wine was great too. The beauty and history of this amazing castle hotel are worth every penny. I would love to return on our next trip to Deutschland ❤️ Danke Schoen

Schloss Frankenburg was the PERFECT place to start our Bavarian adventure. The castle and grounds are beautiful, the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Our FAVORITE part was breakfast in the bistro overlooking the Schloß’ vineyard. The staff were amazing and met our every need.
FYI- there was not a lift in our section of the hotel so we got to do all the stairs. But the staff helped with our luggage so it wasn’t too bad.
