Pros:

Super professionelle og venligt personale. Stemningen med slottet, er helt fantastisk.

Cons:

Man kunne ikke gå rundt om hotellet, da bagsiden blev renoveret. Bier/Weingarten var ikke åbnet, da her også blev arbejdet / renoveret.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig!

Sehr reizvolles Gebäude mit Mega Ruhe! Tolle Zimmer und mega Frühstück und tolles fine Dining!

Cons:

Leider hatte man uns am Samstag mit dem Zimmerservice vergessen!

Supet nettes, zuvorkommendes und serviceorientiertes Personal. Das Schloss ist wunderschön und liebevoll restauriert. Man fühlt sich wie im Märchen. Absolut zu empfehlen für besondere Momente.

Schlechte Kommunikation zwischen Booking und dem Buchungssystem des Schloss Frankenberg.

Pros:

Driving across Germany we found this beautiful place, a hilltop castle sensitively restored into a hotel, restaurant and winery, Tried some of their excellent wines with dinner. Very comfortable nights sleep and a well curated tasty breakfast. Our stay was on a Monday night when the Michelin restaurant is closed so have a very good reason to return!

Das Schloss ist einen Umweg wert, das Amtshaus eher nicht
Pros:

Das Schloss ist einen Umweg wert! Vor allem aber das Schloss selbst und der Blick von dort ins Umland. Wenn man nicht im Schloss selbst wohnt, erhält man einen Einblick in seine liebevolle Restaurierung allerdings leider nur beim Frühstück. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Cons:

Das Essen im Amtshaus war eine Enttäuschung. Vielleicht nachvollziehbar, wenn man weiß, dass bestellte Speisen schon gefühlt nach wenigen Minuten auf dem Tisch standen. Das ist einfach nur Bahnhofsrestaurantqualität und passt überhaupt nicht zur Erwartung an einen Schlossaufenthalt. Auch wenn es daneben ein Sternerestaurant gibt (was allerdings geschlossen war ohne einen Hinweis darauf bei der Buchung!), sollte auch das Amtshaus eine Qualität bieten, die den Besuch rechtfertigt. Schade!

Wonderful stay for all occasions
Pros:

Beautifully located with superb views.
Comfortable room with large shower & toilet.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bar / dinner location was very hot as no air con or fans.

Wunderschönes Schloss mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig und in Alleinlage, umgeben von viel Grün. Das Gebäude selbst ist wunderschön saniert und die Räumlichkeiten sind durchweg stilvoll und einladend gestaltet.

Ein besonderes Highlight war die Schlossführung, die wirklich toll gemacht war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber das Personal – außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam, das hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.
