Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war an diesem Tag wirklich sehr gut! Die Preise können sehr schwanken.
Das große Hotel liegt direkt am Rande der Bochumer Innenstadt, also sehr zentral. Der Ausblick ist wegen der vielen Bauarbeiten in Bochum teilweise „ ästhetisch“ beeinträchtigt.
Das Einzelzimmer entsprach einem Doppelzimmer und war groß genug. Das Frühstück war in Bezug auf den relativ günstigen Preis auch wirklich gut.

Cons:

Kritisieren möchte ich die Reception bei Ankunft. Ich wurde bei Ankunft direkt aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu bezahlen (obgleich dieses über die bei booking.com eingegebene Kreditkarte erfolgen sollte oder bereits erfolgt war, was ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht wusste). „Netterweise“ hätte ich dann später in Bar zahlen können. Dann jedoch war am Abend die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Zuständig schien der Herrn an der Bar zu sein, welcher mich fast 10 Minuten warten ließ, bis ich schließlich gegangen bin. Er bediente immer wieder neu ankommende Kunden anstelle sich mir zuzuwenden.
Am nächsten Tag funktionierte bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter alles reibungslos.

Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer war gut, schallisoliert; deshalb hört man kaum etwas von außen. Je nach Lage des Zimmers geht der Blick zur Innenstadt oder zu einer befahrenen Straße in der Umgebung. Es ist eben ein Stadthotel.

Kein Kosmetikspiegel, schlecht belüftete Zimmer, sehr wenig Ablagefläche für Sachen, unbequeme Betten und Winterspecke in beheiztem Zimmer

Das hotel ist super gelegen. Noch zentraler geht es nicht.
Der Zugang zur Parkgarage macht die Anfahrt sehr unkompliziert.
Die Zimmer größer als gewöhnlich sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Top-Lage mit ruhigen, großen Zimmern.
Pros:

Das Zimmer, dass ich gebucht hatte, war sehr groß. Da kann man auch mehrere Tage mit viel Gepäck übernachten. Große Dusche. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen auch vorhanden. Die Lage in der City natürlich ideal. Ist vom Bahnhof auch gut zu erreichen, einfach gerade aus durch die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Der Hotel Eingang ist etwas versteckt.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsniveau.

Zentral gelegen , Parkhaus unter dem Hotel ( eine Nacht parken 5 € ) , gutes Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gerne wieder.
