Unbelievablely bad, especially frustrating when you are on biz trip organizing an exhibition booth. Busy enough already.
Pros:

There was a bed, fridge, heater, and bathroom.

Cons:

1. The toilet smells terrible.
2. The hotel whatsapp doesn’t really work and there are human staff only during certain hours when you need to go to work.
3. I tried to use the hotel whatsapp to book a parking space, the WhatsApp responded “There was a problem with the payment. Please try again later.” The hotel still sent me a bill to pay for the parking space, which I didn’t know I have. They cancelled it later but it’s still time wasting and I walked 10min everyday to my car.
4. My colleague booked a room but couldn’t check in. Took us 2 hours in the evening to get him into his room.

Resepsiyon personeli güler yüzlü, odalar rahat ve geniş, aydınlatma yeterli ve çeşitli, ortak mutfak bulunmakta, konaklayan misafirler de güler yüzlüydü. sadece biraz şehir dışında, 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde petrol , burger king ve market bulunmakta.

Cons:

daha kolay ulaşım olsaydı keşke ve mutfakta kaşık çatal bulunmuyordu.

Küche schlecht ausgestattet, es gab nur eine Tasse und kein Wasserkocher. Duschvorhang an der Unterseite dreckig/verfärbt

Smartments is a really good choice. Best location, big room and good facility. I will definetely come back next time.

The voyer light in the room is using motion sensor (i think) so it glitched during my stay.

man hört jede Zimmertüre ins Schloss fallen, extrem laut
Fenster offen- Straßenlärm extrem laut
kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, kam nicht ins Hotel zum Einbuchen-nur mit Hotelgast(Zufall), der Code völlig unnütze,
ich habe die Reservierungsnummer eingeben müssen
Rufnummernsäule im Außenbereich durch Straßenlärm nicht hörbar!
keine Frühstückmöglichkeit,
keine Ansprechpartner zu den vorgegebenen Zeiten da,
Küchenzeile nicht vorhanden, kein Besteck etc., nicht einmal ein Zahnputzbecher
im Sommer keine Klimaanlage
