Cons:

There is a weird smeĺĺ in the rooms, coming probably from the ventilation system. It smells at rimes, not all the time. However i have noticed that smell in previous stays at the same hotel.

Cons:

Der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt hat. Es wird jede Anfrage über einen Chatbot abgewickelt der nichts versteht. Man bekommt gesagt man hätte nicht gezahlt obwohl man bezahlt hat. Man bucht sich ein anderes Hotel dann wird einem gesagt April April es war ein technischer Defekt im System es ist doch alles bezahlt. Problem ist dann nur ma hat bereits ein anderes Hotel. Stornierung wird nicht akzeptiert weil man kann Habichts dafür das der Chatbot nicht funktioniert hat.

Cons:

Sehr einfache Ausstattung, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, kein Personal vor Ort. Die schweren Brandschutz und Zimmertüren fallen so schnell zu das man so wie ich der an Krücken geht schon echt Hilfe benötigt um die Türen aufzubekommen.

Unbelievablely bad, especially frustrating when you are on biz trip organizing an exhibition booth. Busy enough already.
Pros:

There was a bed, fridge, heater, and bathroom.

Cons:

1. The toilet smells terrible.
2. The hotel whatsapp doesn’t really work and there are human staff only during certain hours when you need to go to work.
3. I tried to use the hotel whatsapp to book a parking space, the WhatsApp responded “There was a problem with the payment. Please try again later.” The hotel still sent me a bill to pay for the parking space, which I didn’t know I have. They cancelled it later but it’s still time wasting and I walked 10min everyday to my car.
4. My colleague booked a room but couldn’t check in. Took us 2 hours in the evening to get him into his room.

Resepsiyon personeli güler yüzlü, odalar rahat ve geniş, aydınlatma yeterli ve çeşitli, ortak mutfak bulunmakta, konaklayan misafirler de güler yüzlüydü. sadece biraz şehir dışında, 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde petrol , burger king ve market bulunmakta.

Cons:

daha kolay ulaşım olsaydı keşke ve mutfakta kaşık çatal bulunmuyordu.

Küche schlecht ausgestattet, es gab nur eine Tasse und kein Wasserkocher. Duschvorhang an der Unterseite dreckig/verfärbt
