Es war sauber, aber für mehr als 2-3 Nächte nicht zu empfehlen, die Zimmer sind sehr klein.

Zu klein und billig ausgestattet. Dachgeschoss nicht klimatisiert. Die Nacht war ein Albtraum.
Pros:

Das winzige Dachgeschoss Zimmer war sauber, ebenfalls die Sanitäranlagen. Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Hitdorfer See.Nicht direkt am See.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an sich befand sich direkt im Dachgeschoss. Extrem klein und ohne Klimaanlage. Einfach kaum auszuhalten. Es war sauber, aber für 80 € einfach unverhältnismäßig. Ausgestattet mit IKEA Möbel. Zugang über Hinterhof, das wird nachlässig und dreckig ist. Für 40 €. Im Winter würde ich es mir noch mal überlegen.
Keine Ablage, kein Schrank, nur eine Kommode.

Meine Reservierung wurde mir einen Tag vorher storniert. Die Kosten habe ich jetzt 1 Monat später immer noch nicht erstattet bekommen. Unter der Telefonnummer meldet sich nach mehrmaligen Versuchen an verschiedenen Tagen und Wochen keiner. Kontaktaufnahme seitens des Hotels bleibt aus.

tesisin konumu benim için uygundu

Cons:

tesisin yönetiminde eksiklikler var. Tesise ulaştığında ilgili telefon numarasını aradım ancak 20 dakikadan fazla bir süre hiçbir yanıt alamadım. İlk yönlendirdiğim odada başka bir müşteri vardı. İkinci yönlendirdiğim oda temizlenmemişti. Bana üçüncü olarak önerilen odanın ise banyosu henüz işler durumda değildi. Ertesi gün odayı temizlediklerinde nezih düzgün bir oda görünümüne kavuştu

die Mindesten Bewertung ist eine Sterne ich hätte gar keine Sterne gegeben. über mehr 10 Anrufe und keine Rückmeldung. Buchung wurde storniert am selben Tag des einchecken um 19 Uhr und war nicht richtige Stornierung sondern einfache Nachricht und die Buchung ist immer noch da auf Expedia

Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Checkin funktioniert über Schlüsselcode. Leider waren alle Abflüsse verstopft, kulanterweise wurde uns das Nachbarzimmer mit angeboten. Weder WLAN noch TV funktionierte und ein gastronomisches Angebot gab es ebenfalls nicht, was aber nicht schlimm war. Für eine Nacht war‘s aber okay…
