Really good hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Great hotel. Location is excellent; tram stop right outside of the hotel and is just a short ride into town. Very clean, really convenient modern features in the room that other hotels should be following. Has secure underground parking.

Cons:

If breakfast is until 10:30, then the staff shouldn't start clearing away breakfast until post 10:30.
