Herzlich und extrem gut ausgestattet.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gross und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig und super lecker. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Not the best customer experience in Munich
Pros:

the room was good and comfortable

Cons:

key room was not working, my room was far away from the elevator and i had to go down 2 times to change it leaving my 2 suit cases near the door of the room to finally find out that it was the problem with the lock, which they could have fixed before I arrived there, they finally changed the room i lost around 20-30 min, was very tired after a long trip, the guy at the reception did not even say sorry until I made it a point and then offered a free drink which i did not use
