Sehr schöner Aufenthalt der mit Sicherheit wiederholt wird.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage und guter Anbindung für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer Hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage etwas ausserhalb des touristischen Stadtkerns
Pros:

Schönes, neues Hotel, grosse Zimmer und recht grosse Badezimmer. Freundliches Personal. Lage etwas ausserhalb vom Hauptgeschehen, was wir so gesucht haben. Am Rande des Westend-Quartiers. Gute ÖV Anbindung mit Tram vor dem Haus und Bus 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Damit kann die ganze Stadt unkompliziert erreicht werden. Trotz grosser Strasse direkt vor dem Hotel war es ruhig.

Cons:

Bei der Rückkehr am Abend es zweiten Tages hat der elektronische Zutritt des Zimmers nicht mehr funktioniert. Da wirkte das Personal etwas überfordert und hätte rascher eine klarere Lösung anbieten können bzw. klarer und sicherer auftreten sollen. Wir konnten schlussendlich Zimmer wechseln. Die "Entschädigung" war, dass wir uns Getränke im Kiosk (oder an der Bar) aussuchen konnten.

Tolle Zimmer und ansprechende Einrichtung

Die Abläufe im Service …alles recht unorganisiert.
Ausnahme das sehr gute Frühstücks Buffet

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat etwas enttäuscht 😞 Leider waren die Eier in welcher Form auch immer kalt! Gekochte, Eierspeise, Spiegeleier! Auch Wurst war nicht die große Auswahl! Aber sonst ok
