Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Hafen City und 10 Min. zur Alster
Gemütliche Skybar mit Terrasse.

Cons:

Häufig lange Warteschlangen beim Check in und nur 3 Mitarbeiter hinterm Schalter, davon sind oft nur zwei präsent.
Keine Online Check in Möglichkeit.
Lange Warteschlange am Früstückbuffet. Für die Anzahl der Gäste ist eine Trensen für das Frühstückbuffet zu wenig.
Zimmer für die Preiskategorie viel zu klein. Das ist ein Motel One mit einer Skybar.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Großes Hotel direkt an der Speicherstadt. Mehrere Bushaltestellen gut zu erreichen. U- Bahnstation direkt vor der Haustür. Toll eingerichtet, besonders die Lobby. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr klein. 50cm hier und da wären super und würden den Einbahnstraßenverkehr im Zimmer angenehmer machen. Viele Haare im Badezimmer an den Wänden.

Pros:

Very closed to the center and all the sightseeing places you can reach by foot. The accommodation is comfortable and the bar on the ground floor is very nice and cozy.

In my case, I can’t use AC due Health reasons, and the bed had only one blacket, not warm and not big enough.
